I ordered an electronic part according to the picture on their website which was exactly what I needed to replace. The part sent was not what was pictured. They said it was a replacement for my part, but in the description of the part that was sent, it did not include my model # as a replacement. Since they said the part they sent was not defective they would not accept it as a return. They said the part which was pictured on their website is no longer made. Very deceptive.

Two of the connectors on the new board were different from the old board and needed a pigtail adapter to hook to the 2 sensors on the ac unit. Support wasn't able to help without the model and serial number which I couldn't find.
