Quick and easy to look up model number and search options. Part arrived quickly and was just what I expected.
I received my order of a dryer handle in good time. It was exactly what I ordered. I feel I paid too much for it, since other dryer handle replacements were about 8 bucks, and this one was $30...but it was the exact model number of the dryer and I didn't want to chance it not working since it had to go into my mother's dryer and I didn't want to freak her out if it didn't fit. You know moms.

This was as easy as it could be, and just the way I like it!
The shopping experience with GRP WAS INDEED quick and simple. The only reason I don't give 5 stars on some of the questions is because once the item was shipped with FED EX, the ball seemed to drop. According to the tracking info, the item rode around in the truck from Saturday when it SAID it was on the truck for delivery, until Tuesday late afternoon, which was extremely irritating. I know this problem was not with GRP, but it was their delivery means. I will definitely consider ordering again from this company and perhaps request a different delivery carrier.
The price was better than SearsPartsDirect and the low shipping cost was a big savings!
I ordered the wrong part and returns seem to be going OK. I haven't completed the return process yet.
Easy to follow and order, just hopes it fits! No instructions but easy to replace the old with the new. Other similar items were a third of the cost on Amazon but I wanted to make sure I got parts that fit.

When your upset at a broken washer and want to find a replacement part fast, it was great. Headed to Florida in the morning, wish I could pick it up while I'm there. But should be here when I get home.
