Do not order from this firm. This is in reality a bait and switch dishonest business. The parts they supplied were defective and returned by other customers and not any new and genuine parts. Do no be conned by their attractive advertisement and low prices.
I also suspect they removed all the negative reviews so you don't see any on their site.
I have seen very nasty negative reviews on other sites. Also beware of their return policy and time limit. If you installed the parts on your appliances, they will deny any return. But if you don't install the parts, how would you find out they are defective? Then they would try to stall the return request until it is past the 60-day return period and you are out of luck. This is an imposter business, stay away!
Found the switch for the surface element for my GE cooktop which was no longer available on the GE website. Called customer service to verify the part was correct for my cooktop using the model # and it was confirmed by Diana. Keeping fingers crossed it works out.

Will know more once I receive the product. I was disappointed with the experience. When ordering from your website, it appeared that the purchased item was the entire module and not just the glass. I received just the glass. When I attempted to contact customer service, your company does not conduct customer support via telephone. When I attempted to use the live chat, which appeared to be offered, I was directed to e-mail because live chat was unavailable. I returned the items and you received them on 10/14/2019 at 9:34 am, however, have not notified me that they were received. It was a very frustrating experience.

Part number delivered was not part number ordered. They are giving me the runaround about returning (multiple 'tickets', emails, documentation, etc).
Now "waiting on the warehouse for info" is the latest delay tactic.
So basically, if you get sent the right part, your good. If not, you're screwed. Ask yourself if its worth the gamble before ordering.
Will happily pay more for someone who stands behind what they send out.
Wow. Buying a part for my fridge from your site aand following a. YouTube DIY video, I fixed my ice maker for under $36. Had I called a service company I cant imagine it costing me less than $200. Thanks for a high quality replacement part and helping me repair my refridgerator so economically
