Genuine parts! Fast delivery!
I ordered an ice maker for a Bosh fridge & they sent the wrong part. I had to pay to send back & they charged $17 restocking fee. I will never use them again! They asked for pics & would review & respond but after the review, it would take a week to get the correct part. I didn't have 2 or 3 weeks to wait, so I ordered from another company.
Happy I found a replacement filter for my cooktop instead of having to struggle with trying to clean the old one.

As stated in the sale listing, this ice maker was an exact replacement part for our 21 year old refrigerator. The instructions that came with the unit for installation covered all the steps needed. The replacement unit was pretty much a "plug and play" setup and has been running without problems for over a week now. Thanks.

The model number matched but the picture did not. I received the correct item that matched the model number I needed but a picture of a different item is what was shown on your site. I chose it because it matched model numbers anyway, and only continued to buy it because of your disclaimer to not buy items off of their pictures alone (and instead match model numbers). Everything looked great when I got it, the picture was just slightly deceiving.
VERY EASY WITH THE MODEL NUMBER
The gaskets ordered do not exactly match those that need replaced in the refrigerator, even though they have our fridge's model # listed as a compatible fridge. I'm worried the seal isn't complete when we close the doors on the fridge.

As long as the part shows up by Wednesday, we're all good. This replacement glass fits exactly. Sure wish it were tempered glass, it it seems this is not the norm. I would use GENUINE REPLACEMENT PARTS again, in a heartbeat THANK YOU!
