Shopping experience with you guys was very good.

The part are all plastic and will do the same thing and crack at the connections, these should be all metal and or connections should be wrapped a metal band to keep from cracking.

Sold me a switch control advertised as OEM and did not stand behind the product. The manufacturer's OEM guarantee is 365 days. My switch worked less than 60 days. Phone support from supervisor Jonathan was rude and lacked any type of understanding and helpfulness. Instead of offering any help he decided it was easier to hang up on me!
