Item was received and was as advertised and what I ordered, the lower handle for this model of Kenmore refrigerator/freezer. Go by the part number on the parts diagram (which I did) and you will order the right part. Removing the broken handle and installing the OEM new one was a snap.
If the grey top mount bracket (which I found can be removed as well) is the weak point in this handle I wonder if the mfg ever published just a part number for it instead of the entire stainless steel handle.
Nonetheless I am pleased with the genuine replacement parts site and will always check them for future appliance repairs parts! I appreciate the fact they provided status and shipment tracking numbers. If they have the best price (which they did in this instance) I will do business with them! Thanks!
Quick and Easy plus good price
Site was very easy to use. Received the part and it was a perfect fit! Quite a different experience than the one I had with Amazon. Ended up returning to them 3 different beater bladed that were not correct. THANKS - my baking efforts were saved!
