Delivery received timely but box was smashed and ordered item was broken. I contacted your company and after following photo requirements for damage proof you are sending me a replacement. I have not received replacement yet.

I was able to purchase an oem heating element for my 13 year old dryer at a competitive price from GRP. The part arrived earlier than expected and thus far my dryer is operating satisfactorily.
The replacement part I ordered was delivered earlier than promised but damaged in transit delivery service. I contacted the company's Customer Service and they requested pictures of the damaged box and part (microwave door). Once I got the pictures they needed to them they approved a replacement part and had it shipped out the next day and delivered the following day. All the while keeping me updated via email. Even though I was frustrated to receive a damaged part, they rectified it immediately. Genuine Replacement proved they cared about their customers. I will remain a loyal customer and shop here first when looking for replacement parts.
My husband found y'all online after looking for the part on other websites. Y'all were the better option so I ordered my replacement part from y'all. The part came in quickly and was easy to fix. My dryer is fixed and now I am able to catch up on all our laundry! Makes me happy!

The only problem that I had was that the gas tubes shipped with natural gas orifices. Had I not known to change them out, there would have been a problem. Possible put a notice in the packaging in the future for those who might not know this.

Excellent! All parts were exact replacements. Sent out and received promptly.
The old brake assembly took some convincing to remove. Especially without the wrench. Once done it all went quite smooth. Washer has now stopped screwing at every stop.
