The only problem we had with the order of an eye for my stove was: there was NO mention anywhere that we needed an electrician to install it. That it was not a DIY thing. My husband is not one, but he is a great handy man and can do simple things like electricity. But when he was installing it he left ONE wire not hooked up and when he plugged the stove back in it shorted out or something. It made a big pop sound. And does not work. Now I can't return it because in the 'RETURN' only section it said if we tried it it could not be returned. Now I still don't have an eye that works, but I can't return it. So I'm out over $100. Why was there not any kind of warning about that on the order page? I will not be ordering from you again. Elizabeth McNeese

I thought the price was very high for the gasket, but I needed it, so I had to pay it. So far I have not replaced the gasket yet.
I order a dishwasher heating element from this company, same day they charge my PayPal and print a shipping label, they got a tracking number from the shipping label and email it to me, eight days later the usps track show they have not ship it so I call the company and ask them to ship the package, 0r refund my money they blame usps and the covid19 didnt accept responsability, not refund no shipping so I have to open a case with paypal, no to mention how rude they are.

The original part sent was delivered sooner than expected, which was a great bonus! Unfortunately, the motor sent didn't work out. However a replacement was sent promptly and works out perfectly. No problems!
