I ordered a part based on the exact photo on the website of the part I needed. My part was discontinued but, again on the their website, it stated that it was replaced by another serial number. The website photo matched my part, the new serial number was supposed to be a replacement…the part they sent is totally different….after six emails….dealing with four different reps, 8-10 photos with clear explanations, they tell me I ordered the wrong part….not true. Still no satisfaction.

Oven has thrown error signals for almost a year, haven't been able to use double oven, stove top worked without issue, replaced control board, still wasn't working, replaced temp gauge, working great, if I can do this, anyone can, for under $250 saved a $2000 stove

Everything was fine and worked for the need, just a bit pricey with the shipping costs. Price of doing online business is pushed into the consumer. If you can get elsewhere for free shipping, do it.
I am quite certain that I ordered shelf #13 on the refrigerator drawing, but received freezer shelf instead. Shelf #13 has since been removed from the refrigerator section of the drawings and is no longer available.
Ordered replacement part for stove bottom drawer and received emails when part shipped and when it was delivered. They sent a link for the shipping company so I could track it also. I would recommend to anyone buying parts!

Right part but ceramic igniter was shattered likely during shipping as it is fragile. Minimal packing in the box though...
