Item was the perfect replacement for damaged washing machine part.
Received ordered part in a timely manner. Although, contacted customer service through email for assistance in locating a part that I hoped was on the one I ordered, but was not, and have not received a response.A little disappointed about that.

I confirmed this was the case and they referenced some fine print on their website and denied the return. Will never shop with GRP again.

I received the part very quickly. Due to another project I haven't installed it yet. Today I will. 4 stars because I haven't installed yet. But very impressed with r customer service and expedient delivery!
My order was held up needlessly. The credit card charge was approved but then they held the order and sent me an email saying they wanted to check on fraud and were asking why I had a separate ship to address from my billing address. That could have been done with a phone call and saved time/another day or more. This kept them from sending the order out for days, and once it went out, it sat in Georgia for nearly a week. I could have source the parts more reasonably and have them in hand much sooner if I went with another company. I was about to cancel when I got a notice that it would be delivered.
Item arrived quickly after ordering online. Haven't had time to install it yet. Hoping it will fit fine.
Took only a few minutes to find the part I needed at GRP. Easy ordering and had the part within two days. Especially fast being as how we live in Hawaii
I was concerned about the precise product number during my order. Customer service responded promptly and automatically held my order, and referred me to the site to confirm the information. It turned out that the precise part number did differ and they canceled my order and I was able to order the correct part.
Nice to have genuine parts available. Third party parts, while might be cheaper, don't have the longevity of OEM parts.

Ordered a part, confirming on the phone, then received the wrong needed part. They refused any responsibly so I was told full refund if I in original box and not used. It cost me $45 just send it back which I did in two days. It then took them over 30 days to refund me, and then shorted me $17 for my refund. When I called her email, nobody returned your call or email and the customer service is horrible horrible.!
The only thing that made this install difficult is the igniter being on the Left hand side of the oven in a narrower space- thanks Amana. I'm right handed, and it was not fun. Other than that, this will be a 15 minute install for most people since it's a snap in part with no wires to join. I'm happy...and eating pizza again, lol.
