AVOID! Ordered on the 16th - Still not sent out.

Ordered on the 16th. Still hasn't been shipped (confirmed by courier). They are refusing to refund me and keep insisting they will email with an update on my item. These guys are crooks. I've got a PayPal claim on them now - of course, not response to it by Geek Buying. AVOID

Quality Service!

They have Quality service because I brought a MI band from them unfortunately when ordering I was entered shipping country mistakenly as United Stated my actual shipping country is Sri Lanka it was my fault. I informed them about the problem they said dont worry package already shipped we will return your money back once it returned to the warehouse. But I ask them to send a new package for that they did what I ask them to do. They have good service specially their customer service is superb they know how to face their customers problem. I have more good experienced about them because I ordered some items before that.

Trust is the name

Geek buying handles the sales and after sales equally professional. I would like to share my experience, I purchased a mobile in early 2017 somehow it got damaged and the microphone was not working. Geek buying followed up for the repairs bit it was not possible, however they offered me a refund even after more than one month use. Thanks Geekbuying

I want to share with all of you my problem, I bought a pair of phones, in 10/16/2017, now is 19/11/2017, have been more than a month, a paid DHL express shipping, and STILL WITHOUT BE SHIPPED OUT. I have all the transcriptions of chats with customer service with a repetitive excuse of "Will be shipped tomorrow, sorry for the delay"
I contacted them 5 days consecutive, same issue
My order number is *******
DON'T BUY in GEEKBUYING, I am a patient and honest buyer, and I can give any extra info about my affair with anyone with similar issue

It is a good service

They quickly responded to products with initial malfunction.
I lived in Japan,
I was not good at English, mailed support while using translation software, but it was greatly appreciated for being able to respond properly.
Set items are reasonable price.
In other sites I think that it is very convenient because the optional 2 in 1 pc keyboard sells it as a set.

I bought this Jumper EZbook 3SE 13.3" Notebook Laptop Intel Apollo Lake N3350 2.4GHz 3GB RAM 64GB ROM Windows 10 - Silver and can say it is a very good deal.

It had a small keyboard fault and Customer Service was brilliant and problem was dealt with in a mutually accepted way. Thanks

Scam, avoid. I recently purchased a phone from them, it arrived 1 month later, through another mail company that i didn't chose in the first place.
The phone arrived in pierced box, dirty screen (even without the plastic protector) and with a broken lens.

They do not reply to my emails and there is nobody I can contact on the phone.
There are plenty of other companies from HK and China you can import good from, and this is definitely not one of them.

I insist, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Excellent after sale service and a very trustful online seller. I ordered an IP camera (Order # *******) but it didn't work. I contacted the after sale service and they offered me a refund. Although the item I bought (R1 remote control)was very cheap and no shipping costs I got a very quick reaction when I mailed that it didn't work on my iPhone and after sending a little video of the problem they did a full refund the next day. Great service!

Bought a Jumper EZ Pad 6 Pro in October. It took 2 weeks to arrive. The price was very good. The PC works really well and I knew what to expect after the RedSkull youtube review. So far so good. Windows 10 did not come activated and I notified customer support. Probably a mistake and they replied immediately. It took 10 days before I got a license sent to me. I was able to enable it and I've been really happy with everything since. I'll buy again, no hessitation.
