I ordered some deadpool figure that were on sale. When i got them over half of them were broken in the box. None of the accessories were tapped down so when opening the package all the items would fly out because of the packaging. When i contacted their customers service they asked me to take photos of the broken items. They responded and the images were not good enough so i sent them a few more. After that they still had a issue with the images and they wanted a video. Well their tickets only accept files at or under 10mb How do you take a 5-7 second video of 18 items? I kindly explained to them that i shouldn't have to send a video. I have already sent in 6 different images to them and they say the images reflect one unit not all 18. So i sent my last email to them today stating if I don't get a refund i will be contacting my credit card company and requesting a dispute. I will never ever buy from these guys again. Horrible service but even worse products.

I've purchased from gearbest a few times now, and frequently visit the site to shop. I've had a good experience each time.
If you are looking at something specific, you can usually bet it will be on sale regularly.
I just purchased a 3d printer that was way cheaper than everywhere else.
If you are searching for something, you don't have to wade through alot of junk like at eBay or Amazon.
The shipping has been fine and the packaging was sufficient.
If I was to nitpick I suppose the biggest improvement they could make would be translation and grammar. But that's definitely not a deal breaker.
I am quite happy with the products I've ordered over a course of 3 years. While I'm writing this review I can see pretty bad reviews on the side which makes me quite sad because the customer service worked really well for me. They respond really quickly and the products got delivered quite fast here in europe.

I was looking for an Internet shop and one of my friends recommended me Gearbest. Now I can recommend it to others. I ordered a smart phone there and everything went well. My product's shipment was registered so I was able to track it all the way and I have to say that the very shipment cost me very little money. I was really happy of that purchase so I decided to buy other things in this shop.

But I want propose that must have a gearbest Portugal, Because I always pay customs fees.
I already bought three times in Gearbest, all were with excellence in the realization of the request until the receipt of the product in the logistics of Brazil. I love the store and I'm confident in buying for it. Great prices, products, service.
Already made 3 purchases in the gearbest and in all they fulfilled with the promised one.
In one of them, I was unlucky to have received a damaged electronic article, but Gearbest's grievance center was quite effective and I got the problem solved in no time.
As a new customer at GearBest, I'm really satisfied with the communication, attendance, dedication and support. They really care about their customers, this makes the difference.

Update. Contacted Gearbest via Paypal and they agreed to issue me a refund. At least I've got my money back. Glad issue was solved by Gearbest after some hiccups. Hopefully it was just a one off bad experience.
I used to have a good impression of Gearbest and made several orders from them but what happened with my last order, left me extremely disappointed. Their customer service is a waste of time and they always repeat automated responses. I made an order of 96 Euro for a Yeelight LED Lamp that should have been delivered from their Czech Warehouse to Malta with DHL. Here the problems start.
My item is marked to have been delivered on the 3rd of November, however I haven't received anything. Strangely enough on the tracking info it is written that it was delivered somewhere in Germany. I have contacted my local DHL and post office in Malta and they told me that parcel never arrived to Malta.
When contacting their customer service someone with the name Pamela keeps repeating that my parcel was delivered. If so it's certainly not to me. Moreover I was abroad at date of suppose delivery and at home was nobody. I have airplane ticket proof that I was abroad from 1st November to 5th November.
I am extremely disappointed as I always thought Gearbest was a high reputable company and recommended it to my family and friends. Thanks to their behaviour they managed to lose several customers.
I also did insurance as thought would cover me but according to their customer service, if the parcel is marked as delivered even to a wrong address in a wrong country, it doesn't cover me. Even worse I can't have a refund. In other words it's just another scam and waste of money.
Stay away from this company especially from very advantageous offers as most of the time, items are either out of stock or worse never arrive.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: Yes Adam, did you pay with PayPal? If Then contact PayPal and claim your money back and stat away from gearbest, they lied to me and now i an trying to get my 100 dollars back. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
