I ordered a scooter online was told it was dispatched when it wasn't then after a month of waiting tracking details appeared. I have now waited another 48days, nothing, tracking has stopped and turned chinese. Im being told its in customs but that has been 2 weeks.
I really regret ever using these people they are dishonest and completely unreliable.

I started to use Gearbest to get quality stuff (mainly Xiaomi) at low price. So far what I have seen is that this is the most customer friendly web-shop on the web. Fortunately I had no issues with the products I bought, so I have no experience how warranty is handled, however I had some questions to the customer support and from the response I think there won't be any issues if I should contact them with an issue regarding the ordered items.
Communication is at a very high level, the web-page is clean and straightforward and there are a lot possibilities for the payment and transfer.
I'm from Hungary and I had no issues with receiving the items so far, but of course I think more stores in Europe would help to increase the market there.
I ordered many things on GearBest, and never had problem. I bought a phone case, screen protectors, a PCI card... and all of them were of great quality (still using them).

If you order from them and later you find the product is defective, they will ask you to ship it back at your own expenses and then they will refuse to return your money claiming that it took too long and now you are out of the guarantee time (a complete lie!)
We ordered a Chuwi tablet that failed to turn on very short time after we got it.
We contacted GearBest customer support and they said to ship it back and only when it will get to China they will refund the money. Then, even though the tablet was sent back, GearBest refuse to refund anything at all claiming we are out of the guarantee time (absolutely not true)

I ordered many times from GearBest and I'm very satisfied with my orders. Thye kept what they promise. I've got my package in time and the product is excellent.
Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: Yes Adam, did you pay with PayPal? If Then contact PayPal and claim your money back and stat away from gearbest, they lied to me and now i an trying to get my 100 dollars back. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
