I ordered a eleaf pico from them 3 weeks ago and only just discovered it hadn't even been dispatched (paid more for fast shipping) so I contacted them to find out what was going on and they told me that there was a supplier issue and that the supplier wasn't producing the product anymore even though it is still on the gearbest and eleaf website! And all they offered was a refund into the gearbest wallet (not an actual refund) and not even £2 worth of points as a bonus... What a joke... And I still have another order which I've paid for which is nowhere to be seen. Massively disappointed and will be using Fast Tech from now on. Sent more emails to say I am not happy with how they dealt with the problem and the fact they hadn't even bothered to make me aware there was a problem with the order and am no longer getting replies
They lied, do not trust
Since december i cannot use my money in my gb wallet. There is 84 usd in my wallet and about 15 usd as rewards points. They don't let me use them i've tried many times and opened numberless tickets, they always say wait we will ship, after a couple of days (or weeks) they say "there is problem we will refund you". This happened 4-5 times i will not use gearbest anymore they have my money, they don't send or refund me.

I ordered 6 lites---#*******, #ll*******. Package arrived after 3 weeks. Was short 3 lites. Waited for a second package, none arrived. Attempted to use their conversation link, but to no avail. They do not want to hear that an item(s) was not received. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK! Ilike the lites I received, but I paid twice the price I should have. Recently I have ordered a DOOGEE X5S 4G Smartphone from gearbest.com. Order W**************. Order date: Mar 23,2016 13:54:15 PM. It was shipped out very fast and on April 13,2016 I have got it from local post.
It was packed softly with bubles so I've got it intacted.

I bought some batteries for my quadcopters. They were very cheap and the delivery to France was free. They give me extra flying time. The delivery was relatively fast (less than a month). When you place an order, you can choose your currency.
So far, I'm a happy customer.
I compare Gearbest with Ebay. Serious, fast. Not the best prices in the world, but really serious and good, really good and fast service.
I have made three orders through them the first arrived no problem the second and third are still processing after 1 month I have contacted them via their ticket system and they have not bothered to answer back do not use them they take your money and as they are based in the USA you have no way to deal with them unless you call their USA number and pay more on the call than your order was in the first place

I have a very good experience with Gearbest and I want to share it.
At 25th of March I ordered for my wife a Xiaomi Redmi 3 and black Nillkin Frosted Shield case for it. Order was shipped out in 24 hours and i got a tracking number for it. It came to Ukraine at 19th of April and both of us are extremely satisfied with those products: they are genuine, have a great build quality and a price.
So I must say it was extremely good, cheap and fast order. I'll definitely came back to Gearbest and make a new one (and I already ordered 64Gb Mixza Micro SD card from them).
I paid extra for expedite shipping (within 10 days) I needed this expedite shipping, because I was going on holidays (I had 20 days) a few days before my holiday, still nothing, and contacted them, they said they couldn't do anything about it. I had to put my order on hold. After receiving the clothes, they where in all different size (not 2xl why I ordered) only 1 item was the correct size, and this so called 2xl was more like a small size. The fabric was horrible, and the finishing was real ugly (not as advertised on the website) Will never order again from this site, and recommend everyone not to order from this site.

Over the past few months. I've made various orders through gearbest.
I received them all in perfect condition, with a really fast delivery time, not to mention the free
Shipping.

I can totally recommend Gearbest as a good shopping choice. I order a lot stuff from China from many different sites. They have the best prices and promotions and a wide choice of goods. Payment through PayPal is very easy, safe and fast. Shipping is quite fast, they send photo of package before shipping, good are well protected and tracking works without any problems. Definitely one of my favorite Chinese shops so far!
Summary:
- item (Lenovo K3 Note) was dead on arrival
- item was sent back to China (01/07/2016)
- GB support confirmed item has arrived in China (02/26/2016)
- GB support announced that a new one will be sent (03/03/2016)
- GB support informed that item is out of stock and announced a 100% refund within 3-7 working days (04/06/2016)
- Refund didn't happen
After asking for the refund status on 04/14/2016 GB support told me that all was an error, the item would not have arrived. Then, on 04/21/2016 a 20% compensation was offered.
That's really annoiying. Waiting for nearly five months now. No Phone during this period, No compensation in sight.
Instead of answering my precise questions GB support just asked me to be patient. All their promises and previous statements are absolutely contradictory.
I suppose that they plan to do that until the warranty period is expired and so will their contractual obligation.
If I were GB support I would be ashamed of such an unbelievable tissue of lies.

Ordered Chuwi Hi12 at good price. Listed as being in stock. After 2 weeks of waiting for shipping I contacted the company on their presales chat room as there was no response with the after sales ticket. They told me the item was out of stock. They said it was a defective item yet the same item loaded with windows 10 and android (mine was only windows 10) was listed as being in stock. They told me they were not selling that unit it because there were problems with the units yet I followed the listing for several days and they showed stock being sold. I believe the plan was to take my payment hold it draw interest on it and either sell me a more expensive item or eventually refund their money. Good short term strategy to make extra money bad long term strategy as they will lose their customers.
They did offer a paypal refund and promptly refunded my money. The problem with buying chinese goods is that quality control appears lacking and it is a big hassle to receive a defective product. Some get lucky some dont. Until the Chinese electronics sellers develop more honest business practices I would stay away.
Company has submitted fake positive reviews on other websites so take those with a grain of salt. WHen you see a site with mostly 5 star or one star reviews they are submitting fake reviews.
Update: Saw Voyo V3 Cherry trail tablet advertised at $269.00 listed out of stock.As soon as stock arrived the price went up to 339.00. Is this not the definition of Bait and Switch?

Hello! Look there is too much negative reviews of this shop but I want write a good review because my order came in safety and it's original product.
I ordered Xiaomi powerbank with capacity 10 000 mah fo my Meizu MX 5.

I used Gearbest to buy Xiaomi brand items: Mi Band, Mouse pad (with awesome mascot rabbit in spacesuit) and Piston Headphones. All those items were delivered without problems, although for some people delivery times may feel slow (but seriously, what do you expect from free shipping?). Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
