The worst customer experience I have ever encountered.

Ordered phone on 25th April.

Product page says ships within 1-2 days.

I also paid for express shipping 6-8 days.

Contacted gearbest after 4 days as order still said processing.

Was told product was in stock and to be patient and wait for shipping information.

Told the same after 5 days.

Today I am told that the UK warehouse my product was to be shipped from is closed and relocating.

How can you sell products from a warehouse that doesn't exist?

How can you claim to have items in stock in this warehouse?

How can you charge customers for express shipping when you know you cant fulfill the order on time?

Every time I've asked when my phone will be shipped I've been given vague responses but no actual answer or date.

Every time I've asked when the warehouse relocation will be completed I've been ignored.

Customer service responses have been prompt until i mentioned I wanted a refund. Now they don't seem to want to respond.

Scammers, thieves and liars.

I have ordered Action camera from Gearbest and it was my first order from them. And i am very disappointed by them. They have sent me broken camera (DOA) intentionally. And also i have paid customs taxes. Now they are asking me to return this camera to refund me. Another 15 bucks. And when add everything i will have second cam paid, and not working item with me. They are scammers and I advise you not to shop from them.

UPDATE: Gearbest refunded me and everything is set. Honest seller, but keep in mind that they are trying to give best solutons, and sometimes there are misunderstandings. Thank you, Gearbest

I ordered a battery for my drone from this site and they gave me a fake tracking number. They said they were shipping fedex and put a FE in my tracking number. FedEx said they don't put letters in their tracking numbers. DONT BUT FROM THIS SITE SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

Faulty delivery, items got stolen due to delivery through multiple countries e.g. Malaysia, Taiwan, Korea, China, Japan etc. Still hasn't received my tablet pc yet, contacted customer service Which is very POOR, refused to resend my package or refund even I brought INSURANCE with my shipping of my package. This company said when the package is sent to shipping, it is the responsibility of the customer, not the company anymore. Beware of buying from this company. Still waiting for PAYPAL to deal with this company, it is already 1.5 months from my purchase date with no reply. The company GEARBEST charged me Insurance for shipping of my package but not actually cover your shipping loss, it is like stealing your money.

Everything went well, order came fast, both items i ordered was in perfect condition, working well,
I was so satisfied with the GearBest and my item (computer mouse) that I ordered 3 more of those: D

All in all, great online shopping webisite, prices are for everyone, and one more cool thing is, you get points for your orders and later you can use them as a discount for items when you purchase.

I am very pleased with the store gearbest.com, ordered from them many goods. I used to use other sites but now order only with gearbest, because they have very good prices of all, and they give good discounts for regular customers, through a points system. Of Delivery of goods is very fast and often free. Customer support works the same very well, solve any questions during the day, has never arisen disputes and disagreements.
Regarding the purchased phone.
Smartphone decent, for a fair price, I use it for several months and all satisfied)

I ordered a x3s colorful led light wireless speaker from gearbest for $8.78 on April 7,2016. I paid $20+ for the expedited shipping and I recently got my speaker. I will never order anything from gearbest ever again. Not only did they not have a number to call in regards to shipping but the email team kept giving me the same steps to "find" my speaker but the tracking number did not work.

Delayed delivery

I had ordered a power bank for my mobile. I have also paid for tracking... But I cant track it. For 16days, there is one response that it has been shipped from shenzen. I need a refund into my bank account... It is useless to wait for 16 days for such a small thing. I would never buy online again...

Received wrong item!

I ordered a car video recorder and received a anemometer. Tried email dialogue for 3 weeks. They said I needed to close out the complaint so they could send item, I did and now I can't get any response. What's up?

Have recently been credited for the item I did not receive. Thank you SiteJabber! They wouldn't listen to me but after posting with you I got some response!

Recently I made new order at GearBest.com. This time I ordered Tennmak earphones. With promo code its price was very low. It was send very fast, GearBest give me track number, I personal cabinet was all info - packed phone photo, track, destination address.
The parcel came fast 22. 4. 16 - I took in the post office, it was packed well.
My earphones just great, the sound is pure, its very light, has built-in mic.

We ordered 5 motherboards from GearBest. They were delivered wrapped in thin plastic with no packing or padding! GearBest sent the wrong motherboards, so we contacted them for a replacement. When we submitted the RMA ticket, we got a response quickly, but then they stopped responding or would close our RMA ticket without any sort of resolution. We had to open 3 separate RMA tickets to get this resolved. Even then, they apparently did not have the part we ordered in stock, and refused to provide us with a refund. We filed a dispute with PayPal, but they still fought it. We eventually had to settle for half of our money back and we kept these crappy model motherboards to sell on eBay.

FYI this is a Chinese company and they try to force all refunds to be processed as store credit instead of an actual refund.

Using the promo code I saved a lot of money. Gearbest has satisfactory prices in a large majority of products, therefore you can buy goods at lower prices than in other Chinese stores. Regarding to my order - the shipping was very fast and on Feb 3,2016 I picked up my package from local post. The earphones were packed very carefully. I am fully satisfied with a sound quality and will be glad to further cooperation with Gearbest.com

I ordered 4x34mm Optical Prism Fishing MoNoculars Glasses Style Telescope. They sent me 10X34 which is not what I ordered and not what I want.

Hey, anyone can make a mistake so I contacted them, asked for a return label and to ship me the right item. Their response was that I was to pay for return shipping, which they will not refund, and they will issue a refund for my purchase.

Absolutely no offer to send the right product.
No offer to pay return shipping to China (which matches the cost of the product)
They offered me a $3 adjustment on the price of what I ordered but never received.

What kind of crazy customer service is that?

I am going to Paypal to see if they can help me. Clearly I will never order from these guys again.
