GearBest want a color Copy of my Photo ID and Credit Card after they already Charged my Credit Card and will not ship my order unless I send them a color copy of my ID and Credit Card. This was after I already placed my order and they have no issue charging my credit card as soon as I placed the order. They were not up front about this requirement or else I would never have place an order with them. Customer was WORST when I contacted them regarding their photo ID and Credit Card requirement. They will not ship without me sending them a copy of my Photo ID and Credit Card so I cancel the order. WORST company I have ever deal with.

We only do that when there is a problem occur during the process of your money transaction. The reasons can vary from customer to customer.

For example, sometimes there are fraud orders, in order to make sure that it's not someone else purchasing items using your account, we have to ask for payment identity.

It is for your own good. If you cannot offer the identity, we are not supposed to send your order.

Excellent find

Young and promising Store. I was most surprised by their prices, discounts and free shipping worldwide. I found a shop that was looking for a e-cigarette, and then were the most delicious prices. Support quickly answered all my questions (for 20 minutes). They also send a photo of your parcels and free track, which I have not seen in more than one store. Half a year ordering from this store and have never been disappointed. I recommend this store.

Tablet Purchse

I purchased a Voyo Tablet. I found the Symbol keys were reversed and the # key was coming out as the British pound (L). I filed a complaint and they said it would cost $180 dollars to exchange it. I paid $229 originally. I asked if they could do a remote software update since they all of the tablets must have the same problem. I would not recommend buying there products if their warranty is really bad.
I even contacted Voyo by email and they responded and asked more details on the problem but I never received a solution on the repair and that was 10 days ago.

I already have a ticket. I want others to be aware of your Warranty is useless in an overseas purchase since the cost of shipping and replacement is close to the purchase price of my unit.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT IF YOU IN THE US OR ANY PLACE ELSE IN THE WORLD THAT YOU DO NOT BY FROM GEAR BEST SICE YOU ARE STUCK WITH A NON FUNCTIONAL ITEM

I've ordered from Gearbest couple of times now and from experience I can say that: if you choose shipping by DHL it will get too you super fast. But delivery by post? God it's a nightmare. I've ordered new e-cig on May 6th from EU warehouse (I'm from Poland) and it was dispatched the same day. Or at least theoretically because today, 10 days after, still did not recieved package and tracking number shows "item data recieved". My guess is that EU warehouse is total bulls**t, the packge goes from China anyway, never from Europe. Last thing, processing time. Their site says 3-5 days. More like 5 for package to be shipped out and additional 7 days for it to actually be delivered to post office.

After filing a dispute with PayPal, you agreed to send me a new camera, since the one you sent does not work at all. You told me that if I dropped the dispute, you would send it out immediately. After many, many instances of poor-to-zero customer service, I gave you the benefit of the doubt one last time. I have never received the replacement, just as I expected. I am going to spread this information as widely around the internet as i possibly can. You are the absolute worst company I have ever done business with - no exceptions. The worst.

On the shipping directions, I chose direct shipping (7-15 days). But after I placed my order and checked the invoice, it says flat rate shipping (15-25 days). Very untrustworthy site. Also my order was cancelled but they ignored my ticket and went ahead and processed the order. I would not use this site a second time.

I have begun the first acquaintance to shop in Gearbest with purchase of electronic cigarette to myself and friends. Having looked offers are more detailed, over time I was also interested in other goods in this shop. First time order. Ordered several items on 04/27/2016. However no shipping information for nearly 2 weeks, and if you try to navigate to the "ticket" section, their website sends you right back where you started! VERY FRUSTRATED. Today is 05/14 still NO INFORMATION on if the item shipped and/or where the shipment is. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ORGANIZATION. Early in the shipping process I did open a ticket and I did get a fairly quick response (more than 1 day). However that was about a week ago and I have no idea where the shipment is and apparently NEITHER DO THEY!

I order here for about 1 year from now. The way I discovered this website was from a youtube-review by a geek-guy whom I trust and follow in general (don't include his name to avoid any ads). I would say this website is much better done in terms of design and user experience. Perhaps, that's what keeps me coming back to them. Of course, the quality of the products is very good, definitely above average. I have already ordered there the TV-box (Ugoos GT3S), bluetooth headphones, bunch of other accessories and gadgets. Also the customer support is reactive and helpful. I would recommend this shop, especially comparing to many others with whom I had an unfortunate experience.

I have ordered many times from this site. Last time it was Xiaomi Mi4i phone. Shipping was pretty fast - about 2 weeks. Quality normal too. I have compared prices and on Gearbest price was the best. After receiving there were few questions about firmware and options of the phone. I have opened ticket in support of Gerarbest and they answered all of my questions. So support very friendly also. Well, I recommend this store to buy.

Looks like i have to resort to this again, as Gearbest employees dont seem to want to help me and understand my issue.
On 2018-07-17 00:01:00 i placed on order with number: **************262
Imediately after placing it, i send a ticket to them asking about the availability of the items( lately it seems that gearbest has a lots of delays on delivering items). After arguing a bit with their representative, i decided to wait for the items, as i really wanted them and i already had clients for them. So we decided for split delivery( fsend first the items they have, then the rest that werent so important).
The first package was posted on 19.07 with Belgium Post, a postal carrier i`ve used in the past because it never failed me.
My items arrived in Belgium on 23.07, and then left from Belgium to Romania on 31.07.
This is the moment it started being fishy because in Belgium a package never stays more than 4 days, not 8.
The item should have arrive in romania, and entered our tracking sistem on 2, and then delivered to me 3-4 days later tops.
What happened? I dunno. Because the trracking doesnt recognised the trackingnumber. The item didnt came to romania at all, and not gearbest doesnt want to refund/ send me a new package.
Their representative first said the delivery take 15-20 days. On their website it says 15-28 days. Now the representative tells me to until until september 17.2 months for a registered package with tracking? I feel like i`m talking with walls, they dont even care.
PS: Photo 2 reads: We are sorry, but the package with this tracking number has not been registered in our postal database.

I have been trying to process an order today and pay for it, however, it is telling me you don't ship to Ireland or the United Kingdom. I find this extremely worrying as I paid for another order two days ago to be delivered to Ireland. What is the situation? Also I was chatting to someone called Bertha in customer service today in relation to stock numbers and she abruptly cut me off and I haven't been able to contact anyone since. Really annoyed and concerned, notwithstanding reading so many negative reviews about this website!

I placed an order with GearBest on March 24th for a tablet. It wasn't evident to me from the site that they were based in China or that it would take MONTHS (if ever) for my item to arrive. But once I ordered, I was committed. I received an email a few days later, stating that my item had shipped. It's now MAY 10th and I have yet to see it. The lame tracking they provided indicated that it was still in-route to the USA a few days ago. Since I paid with PayPal, I opened a case to see what could be done. I have given up hope of ever receiving the item and since I needed the tablet for a trip I had to take, had to purchase the tablet from another (local) supplier. I'm not sure if I will ever see the tablet (who cares, at this point?) or the money I paid for it (I am hoping that isn't a total flush). I guess some buyers are happy with their product/service, based on the reviews (IF they are real)... but I would never buy from them again and if I had read the negative reviews here first, I never would have in the first place.

I recently ordered a EARSON ER-151 bluetooth speaker from Gearbest since it had the lowest price I could find. I received it in two weeks - nothing to complain about. If you can't find the right price for something you want in stores like Amazon and eBay, then Gearbest is a good place to look for inexpensive electronic stuff of adequate quality, offered from many China-based brands. Recommended!
