Great service

I ordered two products from gearbest and I am waiting for four more.
I am very happy with these two that I got. First was USB 2 in 1, excellent item for low price. Second was headphones that have better quality than in my country and it's half of the price here.
Very happy with service, hope they will continue with good work.

Biggest fraud!

~I bought a watch "Blue LED Car Watch with Arch Dial and Silicon Watch Band - COFFEE" This is fake folks! These are the reviews given by themselves. I ordered this watch and it's a toy. If you check in detail about the reviews in each of the photo the time shows same. It's the biggest fraud. My sincere suggestion is not to order and get robbed! Hope it might help someone at least! Thanks

I found out about Gearbest almost a year ago and have spent hundreds, but have probably saved thousands. I've gotten every order I've placed that hasn't been placed very recently (19 orders now). I've gotten great flashlights, watches, knives and all kinds of other gear and it has all been extremely well priced and the items were as described.

I like their products and shipping is not that bad. Products have good quality. I hope they will get better and better with customer service. When they do better on customer service, they will be number 1 soon!

Here I can find anything I need. I shop here for gifts, electronics, sometimes even fashion accessories and kitchen supplies. Excellent quality, great support, good prices. Everything is exactly how I want it to be.

Unless you are absolutely certain of the product you want to purchase, stay away from this online retailer! I ordered a dashcam advertised (in English) that it takes an SD card but when I got it a month later, it said something about a TF card instead. They kept insisting it's the same but the TF card slot is smaller than an SD card. Also, the manual was in Chinese! Asked for a refund and I am expected to send the item back to China at my own expense. I tried to resolve this issue with them and they want to give me a partial refund and will give that through their "Gearbest wallet." That's not a refund but a store credit. Not happening as I won't ever shop in their store again. I'm calling my bank tomorrow and file a formal complaint there. Gearbest has had 181 complaints filed with the BBB so far and I expect it to climb more. They are very dishonest!

Update: They pretend to care and respond to the review urging you to contact them. I don't know how many more times I have to contact them (I've emailed them 4 times!) and they still don't want to honor their mistake and make you pay for it. Not ever going to order from this retailer again! Going to call my bank and take care of this fraudulent transaction.

I ordered on 16th April and now it is 23rd May. 38 days gone. When select "I havent received my package 25 business days after shipment.", it taken you to a ticket page where you have to login and it goes to account page. So you again go to same again and again. Their live chat also shows 404 error.

30th June, I have not received my refund till date
See messages received

1) 24th May 16 - I was told that if i get my order by 17th June then they will pay me half money as gift for late delivery
2) 10 June 16 - i was told that i cannot get my order and will refund my money in a week.
2) 23rd June - I was told that i cannot get my order and get full refund in a week please confirm

Today i have asked for refund. Lets see when i get my money.

Their customer service is a joke. I requested for a refund for a drone I purchased which doesn't even start. I sent the photos as requested and then they asked for a video. It's not needed, but I tried to send video, but site is restricted to 2MB.

This is wasting so much of my time.

I found Gearbest by a fluke, looking for a very hard to find item. I was hesitant at first but the price for the item was too great to pass up. I ordered it, it was trackable, arrived in a timely fashion and worked beyond my experience expectation.

Since then I have placed several orders, at unbelievable prices, for quality merchandise. When there was a problem with an item received defective, my dedicated customer service representative, was very attentive with communication and taking care of the issue right away. She and the rest of the Gearbest team provided OUTSTANDING Customer Service which earned them a Loyal Customer

I placed my order, and payed more for faster shipping, yet I still haven't received my order, an email stating it was shipped, or a tracking number. The item was a great price, if it works when I recieve it, but I will never order again because of the shipping alone. I could have gotten the same item on ebay, for cheaper, with faster shipping at no extra cost, and a tracking number for no extra cost. Save yourself the frustration.

January this year. I purchased a dash cam from gear best and the day it arrived I found an issue with the camera, the menu button did not work so I was unable to change any of the settings. I contacted them right away that same day. I was instructed to take a video or photos to prove the camera was faulty, which I did. It is now May 20th and several emails later, 3 times I was told a new camera would be shipped with in 3 days but it's all bull$#*!. I still have not yet received a replacment camera. All this company does is lie to you and you will never get your money back or a broken product replaced.

Ordered phone from EU warehouse with expedited delivery. Promptly received email from gearbest saying that it was dispatched and "The package should normally take 1-3 business days to arrive". They even provided me with a tracking number and said this is UK Hermes express. The number started with "JL" which is NOT Hermes tracking format at all.
The number only worked on One World Express site and it stated: "Parcel Data received - Manifest Generate". So not shipped at all. No update for further four days.
Opened a few tickets at gearbest site to find out what happened. Customer service were unhelpful, and were closing my open tickets right away with standard bla, bla, bla. No real info. However the last one says they move to a new EU bigger warehouse hence the delay. They mentioned this may take 1-2 days more. No more heard from them.
Even opened a dispute with PayPal. Gearbest responded that "The standard delivery time will be around 10-45 business days". What a bull$#*!! Expedited delivery from EU? 45 days?
At the end of day 4 the tracking started to show some moves and finally the phone was delivered after 7 days. All OK and working. Even came with an EU ROM.
All in all not bad, but due to the way the customer service works, cannot give more than 3 stars. These people are acting according to the template, ignoring what you say and not really willing to help. They have zero knowledge and no idea how the whole system works. I think they've been entatgled in a net of lies and half-truths and really cannot tell one from another. Strange experience with happy end but I think I won't dare to use them again.
