I made several purchases on this website and now I can write to you some suggestions to get great sale.
Before each purchase, check prices on Gear and Ali. Usually I find that on Gear the price is smaller than Ali or other on-line shops. For example I bought Mi Hibrid for $14 (it was flash deal) and in Ali the prices starts from $18.
After I receive the parcel I leave the feedback about the product on their website and got some special points. And than when I made second I get sale for this point for my phone screen protective glass (It's cost about $3 and I paid only $2). But If you order less than $40 you will wait for 3 or 4 weeks.
I read some reviews about this shop here, maybe some customers are in some way unlucky and they are right, but I can write nothing bad about this shop.
Now it's one of my best online shops and I can recommend this online shop to my friends.
I made an order since May 24 it's now july 13 and still haven't receive anything. I have contacted customer service 10 times first they said it would get here in 25 business days then they said that my post office might have it and I had to go pick it up. I check with my local post office and they don't have anything. Now apparently they say they have until July 24 before I can try and get my money back. Which I thought they will refund it. Plus you can never talk to someone it all his to be done through email. Never order from them unless you just want to give your money away cause you will never get anything.

These folks are a scam I ordered a $138 phone and never got it and they said that the post office told them they have it. I had it delivered to my P. O. box which is locked and the post office has no record of receiving it. They keep on sending me support emails and I keep on telling them I never received it and they send the same message over and over, they are being report to the US postal service as a fraudulent company. There is no regular answer to email just automatic sending with same canned message. I wouldn't bother if it was $5-$10 but this was $138!

I buy a product from them and wrote a 1 star review. They never published it! I wrote to them and they say they dont pick all reviews and the choice is made by random ( yes yes...). I insisted they put my review but they never did. I put 2 stars here because they refund me my purchase.
Update: I downgrade my review to 1 star. When they saw this review, they gave me 10 $. I dont want money, I want my honest review about what I purchased to be on the product page!

From discovering the product (W**************) for the first time in the Gearbest website and ordering it was all you can ask for in a store, the price was incredible, a piece of tecnology like this at this price it's just irresistible, by the way, i am Portugueses and Portugal have very bad costume laws but Gearbest has a delivery option that let's me be calm and just way for the package to arrive at my house and believe me it's very fast to arrive and free so what else can i say, Gearbest is truly the best shop in the world and i already have a list of products that i'm going to buy from them because when you have the best support the best prices and the best shipping you don't want anything else, great job GearBest!

I am a recently graduated kid who just got his first debit card after getting my first job. So i decided i wanted to pre-order a vape mod from them. I add the item to my cart and checkout, all is going as other online purchases. But then after the purchase was submitted i received an email telling me to respond to my "unique ticket" in order to complete the purchase. They ask me to send them a picture of my id and card, and being gullible newbie i am i sent them both. Get an email saying thanks blah blah blah. Next day get another email saying to respond to a new ticket asking for the same thing. I decided to cancel the order since i wasn't going to send them those pics again. I get a response saying they canceled my order but they still charged my card. Said i would see my refund in 5-7 days, but it's been more than a week and i still haven't seen my refund. I would not recommed buying from them unless you want to deal with wasting time and headaches.

I have chosen Gearbest because it is the official retailer of teclast products. I have chosen teclast x98 plus because it has good quality, strong built, long battery, good screen, but... but it was defective. The screen had some colored lines blinking on the left side. And then the odyssey had begun. Ridiculous advises that I should find someone to fix it locally. Ridiculous prepositions that I should be reimbursed in gearbest wallet coins. And lies, lies and more lies. Unbelievable politeness and unbelievable lies. After some days we've reached an agreement and I sent it back to get a new one. I am still waiting. What have I learned from my odyssey? I've learned that if you chose to buy a Chinese product you gamble. You have good chances to get a good product and everything alright. But if you are unlucky enough to have a problem then most probably you lose your time and money trying to have the obvious, a new product instead of the defective one. This company has absolutely zero customer service. Every request for a refund for a faulty product is met with the same canned reply asking for pictures or videos of the problem. When you send them, you get the very same canned reply asking for videos or pictures of your problem. These people are crooks--stay way! Ticket T*******389. Order ID W**************.
Update: This review must have helped. After a very long delay and me giving up, I was called by them and given a full refund and apology.

Mailed my item from China and took two 1/2 weeks to arrive. When it arrived was not compatible with my IPad. When I contacted GearBest they responded three days later saying I could get a $5 credit or pay again for shipping back to China with NO guarantee of a refund or exchange. Given the small $25 investment with the possibility of another two shipping charges it made sense to me to cut my losses. I will never buy from GearBest again.

Date of Purchase; 11. 4. 2016 Size of carpet: 12'x9' Silk on Wool Kashmiri Carpet Cost: *******/- Discounted Net Cost: *******/- Person who Dealt: Mr. Hanif Mir Delivery: The carpet was to be delivered in USA on F. O. R. Basis meaning all charges up to Door step were included. Review: The Carpet was delivered within 10 days. But the piece sent different & small in size: 10.5'x8' only. When contacted Mr. Mir said he does not know how it happened & size does not matter and now he can not do anything. The piece sent is of no use to me as it does not suite my requirement. Now I am really amazed to find an invoice for $93/- from FEdEx for custom & other charges. When tried to contact no reply. This is a clear case of Cheating & Fraud. While dealing he repeatedly insisted on Trust and would say this is business of trust & we will not have any issue. I stand cheated & my purpose has been defeated. But Customers must be aware about this Company.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
