My Gearbest experience has been very good so far, after I ordered my first item. The Gearbest livechat, it is very good as it runs 24/7 which is handy and helpful when you need support. The answer's are usually very clear. Customer service is really good, so are the products they're accurate and offer the best price. They also have flash sales which are discounted products. I would definitely recommend this company to friends.
I have a ordered a phone and received one which had a faulty software. Was offered the option of paying additionally and be send a replacement. I have made an immediate payment through paypal, however they now lie to me saying that it is no longer on stock while the product page states "246 Pieces left".
I'm not talking here about chargers or flashlights, but about 200EUR.
Their support seems a joke; they use predefined answers and simply copy paste the one which seems most appropriate. I see that happening even here.

So, what's the 'but'?
Well, many of the items I received are of inferior quality. When I open a package from Gearbest, I always invertantly ask myself 'Am I feeling lucky today?' Some items I received where outright non-functioning while others did not meet the advertised claims of the item's description.
In many cases, this is more of the fault of the Chinese manufacturer inferior quality than anything else. It's gotten a lot better though. Three years ago, about one in five items I ordered had some kind of issue. Now, it's much less - a sign that Chinese attention to quality is improving. For these reasons, I would normally rate a company a 1 or 2 star rating. However, the reason I'm giving Gearbest 4 Stars is because they have always addressed a quality or non-delivery problem professionally and compensated or refunded me without any issue. As a company, I feel a can rely on them and they are getting better all the time.
Price wise, Gearbest is usually the cheapest I can find. If you don't mind waiting the 3-4 weeks it takes to ship from China, you can save some serious money by shopping with Gearbest.
Bottom line: Recommended with some reservations regarding quality of products and time it takes to deliver from China.

I live in Italy and Gearbest is the only store that can give you your items without parcel fees and faster than other asian shops.
I bought some original Xiaomi products, sd cards, covers and quadcopter spare parts. All the things arrived well protected and very fast.
I had some issues with a shipment of Mi Bands, but after enquiring a bit I was contacted by GearBest and had some amazing customer service after getting through to the right person. My issue was acknowledged (by the second customer service representative) and I was given a couple of choices to solve the issue. Ended up very happy and satisfied with the outcome. I have used gearbest for the first time and I'm happy with it. I bought a phone [W**************] and it was shipped on the same day i bought it. Support was great and i love the Online chat they have so we don't have to wait for days to get a reply on the support center.
I recently started using Gearbest as an option other than e bay. I got tired of items not arriving to me.
This is not happening with Gearbest. Almost all orders have tracking. The prices are very good especially when they have flash sales. Everything i bought so far when the little things under one euro are very good quality and as described in the site
I order a smartphone and use Gearbest Points (35$). After 4 Weeks of waiting and no shipment i chose a exchange smartphone.
They wanted that i pay 25$ more and i do it because i thougt the exchange smartphone was more expensive.
Finally it was cheaper and finally they dont use my Gearbest Points for the exchange order.
1. They tell me they cant use my points and they are gone!
2. They tell me they my Points where used so they cant get returned
3. They tell me they give me my Points back
Result i pay more for a cheaper smartphone and the used points where not counted and they are lost now. In the screen you can see that they say my exchange smartphone ist cheaper 16$ and the math is:
Extra Pay 25$ minus cheaper smartphone 16$ = 8$ refund

Had some purchases here. The site is fine, and in most cases you get what you order. The things I wouldn`t recommend to buy - batteries and expensive electronics. Better go to your local (or trusted) store, spend some more money, but rest assured everything is fine. This is China business, which is a lottery. Would recomment for buying some things which are low priced.
Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
