I am a long time online buyer. Started at first from aliexpress and it was allright, but somehow the long shipping time to europe was allways a big negative point until i tried Gearbest and it was a fantastic experience.
Not only they have all the things that I am looking for in one store but they also handle the orders and shipment by the same people because it is a big online store and not a group of sellers online. So everything is managed by one team and they even send you a picture of your package after it is packed ready to the post office.
The tracking is made online and since they have a new shipment for my adress (spain priority line) the package only takes about 20 days from China to my home.
On Christmas i had a small problem with one tablet i ordered and after opening a ticket complain they answered me on the same day and offered me 3 possible solutions. This is why i´m telling my friends about the trust i feel by buying on Gearbest, there is no way something could get wrong for the seller... oh and they accept Paypal aswell.
So in my opinion, those are my reasons to consider Gearbest right now a "trustful online shopping paradise" for me...

I think Gearbest is a good reseller, maybe the best for technology items. When there were problems I always had a full refund. The custom office is very kind and professional
Almost 2 years ago I've found Gearbest, at first I was concern, with not many review on the web and i gamble..., So I order a toy grade rc drone. A few weeks later I've received my first order! And since then i've made more then 30+ orders.

I must recommend this site for the buy. Ive been registrated there for about couple of months, but ive made dozens of order till then. They came quickly. Assistenza ottima e cortesia eccellente, rispondono sempre entro 24 ore sia pre che post vendita.La spedizione è la parte che mi ha stupito di più. Per arrivare in Italia gli ordini ci stanno impiegando due settimane e mezzo, che rispetto ad altri store, nei quali impiegano due o tre mesi, direi che gearbest li batte tutti!
They promise on their website to accept returns and charge the customer only for the shipping (both ways) but when I asked to return a phone that I bought (OnePlus 3T) they refused to accept it and said:
"We do not suggest that you refuse the package [i. E. ask the delivery company to return it] as there will be the high returning shipping fee and the custom fee when it returns back.
Then we will not accept the package if the fee is much higher.
It will be abandoned in other country "
In their defense, they refunded me 20% of the taxes I had to pay in my country, since the primary reason I wanted to return the product was due to high taxes in my country.
I'm still not satisfied since they should stand by their word and accept the return as they promise. If they have any problem with accepting returns they should state it clearly on their website's return policy and not only when the customer asks to return a product.

Update: Gearbest sent me an additional refund of 70 USD which makes up a total of 103 USD, still not that satisfied since because of their refusal to let me return it I had to pay 200 USD of taxes (Not to mention the fact that I've received that only after writing this review and after arguing with them back and forth).
It's very fast, very high quality product, always for the customer highly recommend them are not disappointing
Since last year i started to buy in Gearbest.com and was a different type of shop, in this website (store) i can import my things with more convenience. All the products that i have bought arrived in perfect packages and this with other factors made me an real fan of the store!

I already make 3 orders and I'm in my 4th order, until now I have only one con to say, sometimes the shipping takes too much time but is a understandable situation because is a international shipping. GearBest have the best flash sales, always provide a free shipping method, I recommend use the flate rate ship (Unregistered Air Mail & Registered Air Mail) only in low price orders under 23$ because this method of ship have customs, when I order something above 23$ we need to pay customs, but if we pay for a Priority Line the order will not be charged when arrives in our country because they have a circle that prevents customs. The best part of GearBest is that the prices in flash sales are already very low and also we can use discount points to make the order even more cheap, and we can make reviews about our orders and earn more free discount points. The promotions are insane. I already use the support center and is great, they have live chat, I see a lot of comments saying that the returns are bad, I cannot express my opinion about that because I never feel the necessity of return, all items that I bought have a excellent quality, are better in live that in pictures.

I am a somewhat new customer on gearbest so i might won't have the best description of the site. My experience with gearbest is good i haven't had the slightest problem with them and as for their products i was mostly satisfied except a wifi repeater which was malfunctioning. Their customer service is good and they answer you within 1-2 days
Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
