Lowest prices anywhere, and the quality of the items is 2 levels above ebay and aliexpress imho and you can find actual branded items. Shipping can be a nuisance, but if you don't mind waiting you are unlikely to have any issues, and even then customer support is usually quick on their feet.

The items quality is great as advertised. Only one band arrived damaged and after I made the request to be refunded their customer service treated it very seriously and quickly. I was impressed because I have a bad experience with another big store on the Internet that, after two months, keeps not answering my request. It offered me two options: to keep the damaged item and partial refund or to return the item and total refund.

One of my first shopping items at the gearbest was two kinds of irrigators (traveling one & stationary one) which was recommended by my dentist. Such kinds of irrigators are very expensive in my region. So I had to search it in online shops. Firstly it was - aliexpress shop. But unfortunately there was expensive price for me even in Black Friday proposals. Then I found the same items in GB store and I could buy not one but two different irrigators for almost the same moneys! That was one plus for GB store! Besides that I want to notice that all items which I ordered there have a good quality! My irrigators -all as described, fully completed and easy to use! Every family must have it for teeth health! I'm happy to use them!

UPDATE: Had a problem a few weeks ago with a package that was sent pack- i was on vacation and couldnt pick it up in a week. Got my money back after a few friendly email conversations. Even got the choice if i want it on my bank account or on my GB-Account

The nearest was a little delay caused by a stock problem but I got all the information from Support Centre and if I wanted they could have sent the money back or instantly order the phone on another color! But I ended up waiting for what I first ordered! I always wait less than a month for an order... 22 days or so! Which is great comparing to other online shops! The flash sales, discounts, delivery time and well conditioned boxes and the quality of all the products I order make GB my favourite online store!

I received a waterproof camera case, the latch was cracked. I went on to the gearbest site to see what my options were. To start, their "tucket" system for complaints is horrible. It kept faulting out and would erase all your entries, so you get to start over. Simple links to my order wouldn't populate any of the info into the complaint, you get to re-enter it all over again. It wouldn't let me download pics. So I emailed their customer support about not being able to submit a ticket. They told me to submit a ticket about my problem. Yep, they did. After numerous emails of them telling me to try again or go to a different computer, they finally started addressing my concern. English is obviously not their first language which is fine but makes it more difficult. They kept asking for me to submit more pictures and describe the problem. It was a simple problem, I sent five different pictures showing a very obvious broken latch. I even pointed to it in the pictures. Finally after three weeks they said it was my responsibility to check the product when I received it and they can't help me if I broke it. I explained that I did inspect it and it was broken, that's why I'm writing to you. In the end they wore me down. I just gave up.

I was very skeptical about ordering from Gearbest but I am happy to report that I received nothing but excellent customer service from them. Gearbest offers insurance for packages at a vey low rate and you are therefore guaranteed to receive your purchase should you take this option. This gave me great peace of mind when ordering.
All my queries about products I was interested in purchasing, were answered promptly and professionally before I placed my order. My package was shipped quickly and arrived in South Africa without any damage. The items that I ordered were as advertised and of good quality.
I did lodge a complaint about an additional fee that I was charged by the shipper Aramex for clearance in SA and Gearbest listened to my complaint and paid for half of this additional fee. Customer service of this high standard is hard to come by these days and I will continue to purchase from these guys.
Futhermore they always have great specials and rewards for writing reviews of purchased products. This is an excellent incentive program as you actually get money back as credit for your next order.
I would also like to recommend Gearbest to everyone as they are trustworthy and are willing to go the extra mile to satisfy their customer's needs.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
