My purchase for gearbest has been the best, is a page which is one of the best in the world to buy, in my case I like more gearbest than amazon but only there I was able to buy 1 only once since I do not have much money but they are One of the best and the best quality product

I like Gearbest very much because the things that are there for sale are good quality products and cheap at the same time! I came here to share my opinion with other people with two power banks that i bought there. I bought one in November 2016 and another for a family member in May 2017. The power banks are fine, working on and without any fails, and if i have any question, I can ask the costumer center some question like: "were is my package", "have you already received the payment?", etc. The payment is secure too and the shipping is fast. I am happy with my purchases and I recommend it to everybody. Gearbest is a good shop to follow as an example.

Where they need to improve, is at the after-sale and the communication with the clients, using a more confidential and personalized way of communicate, instead of precompiled answers.

They are always fast on shipping and they I've check the support only for review reasons lately and they are very helpful.

The items have fully description and it is like you have the item in front of you.

The only thing that I would say it could be better is that maybe they could have an all languages review video.

I met this online store in the autumn of 2016. But in reality it opened in February 2017, when I ordered a computer game mouse Motospeed V40 in it. The parcel with the order did not come for a long time. Wrote to their customer support center. They replied that the parcel might have been lost in the postal service of my country, and they offered to re-send the mouse, but with insurance and track number. And this premise has safely reached. With all my heart I recommend this online store.

I regret having written a positive review earlier. I did purchase 3 watches, ut these 2 purchases have been hell. I feel cheated. Both orders arrived BROKEN TO PIECES (PACKAGE INTACT, SO THE PRODUCT WAS "AS IS" FROM ORIGIN) I was offered a refund, but only refunded the money portion, not the 33% I paid with my GB points. As to the 2nd watch, the same, lost 33% and decided NOT to go ahead with refund, but to send me another watch... SURPRISE! OUT OF STOCK. Chose a different one (cheaper of course)... It is lost in package delivery, over 45 days since last tracking and now gearbest tells me I have to wait 3 months! ITS A JOKE.

Gearbest is the best online store from China in my own opinion! It is not my first order! I have actually made more than 10 orders in the last year! All received in time without any problems! The customers service is very helpful and quite fast, especially compared to other online Chinese stores! Any issues I have placed, from changing shipping address, a single item or the whole order were solved and I received extra points I can use for my next purchase! Products were as described, always! Shipping time is good when products are available! I always use registered post and had no problem! Most of the stuff I buy are for vaping but I have also bought several other too! Prices are very good, specifically the flash sales, which are almost all the time! Payment is easy and safe with Paypal! I had to cancel some orders! My money where immediately available in my Gearbest Wallet and used for other orders! With this option I received extra credit points! I was given this choise or return to my Paypal account! So I had no problems what so ever!
