Gearbest.com is the best Chinese website in my opinion. You're buying things directly from original stores or Gearbest's themselve. It's a good idea to choose the Gearbest to avoid scammers. I've ordered a Bluetooth Headphone and it arrived me(I live in Turkey) like 15 days with Netherlands Registered Post. It was well packaged and i was able to track my package for free. And Gearbest has an unique system which is the "Get It Free" system. You invite your friends to buy that thing, and when you reach a spesific number of invited people, you get that product for free. I highly recommend this website as you can understand :)

I bought a Xiami Redmi 4A and I am very happy with the shipping, the speed and the packaging. In addition GEARBEST sent an
International ROM and I had no problem for the proposed terminal to be automatically updated. I have bought in many other webs and
GEARBEST is the best in relation quality / price.

I bought an oneplus 3t from gearbeast right after it was no more available from the official site.
I placed the order in Jun, 21 selecting the Italy Express shipping method (7-15 working days), the item has been shipped in Jun, 26 and I finally received it on Jul, 5 (8 working days for an express shipping from HK to Milan, it sounds pretty fast to me).
The item was delivered in perfect conditions, brand new and with an adapter for the EU standard plug.
The site offers quality stuff for really cheap prices compared to amazon and ebay and, honestly speaking, I would recommend it to anyone.
Shipping, as I said before, was quite fast and trackable and the support center is able to answer your questions in less than a few hours.

I'm shopping at Gearbest since November 2015. And i love it because of regular flach sales! At the time of this sales i've ordered alot of things for good price (for example iLife A4 robot vacuum cleaner - only for $114!).
Another big plus of this shop is responsibility - when you have a problem with received item - it's easy to explain this to custumers support and get an adequate solution of it. For example my last expirience of solving problem - i've received a TV box with different case (old style) - this means another spent of money for holder of this box and so on. Gearbest support make a dessision to refund part of my money to solve this. I'm very grateful for understanding. Highly recomment this site for shopping! :)

I already bought several items from this store and all products came with exceptional good packaging and fast delivery. All products matches their description as well.

I already bought several products in this store, a Xiaomi sound column, a multimedia box MXIII, a flashlight, led lamps GU10 and ran everything in the best way possible. So I recommend and say it's worth buying at the gearbest, a 5 star shop...

(Update 13/07 - being asked for a further USD$35 fee for 'remote area' - no notice taken of anything I have said to customer service.)

I should say at the outset that I live in the centre of a major UK city, Edinburgh. It does not feature on the 'remote area surcharge' lists on any UK delivery company. That idea would be absurd.
Please note the following sequence of events.

1. I made an order for a phone and accessories on 4th July including express delivery to UK. Phone supposedly in stock and delivery to be by 15th July at latest.

2. Told that I had to pay a surcharge for a different delivery method, as Yodel delivery company had told them they could not deliver to my address as it was a 'remote area'. (This company has delivered several times over the last few years with no mention of any ridiculous surcharge - I see their delivery vans several times daily in the streets around where I live). Argued this extensively, but in the end paid this just to get the order dispatched with DHL instead.

3. Phone accessories (separate order from phone - apparently from Chinese warehouse, but shipping shows also from Hong Kong) dispatched via DHL. No mention of any extra charges. Total value of order USD$43.

4. Custom clearance fee of GBP£17 requested by DHL with no breakdown of how this fee was calculated. It represents around 50% of the value of the goods in the package. Paid this too to get package released.

5. Second 'remote area surcharge' requested by Gearbest on phone delivery. This was for the same delivery for which they had already requested (and received) an extra charge for it to go with DHL. Checked list of DHL 'remote areas for 2017'. No mention of my city or any other city in the UK on their list - only remote rural areas. The other parcel (accessories) came from them via DHL as normal - with no surcharge.

6. Meantime I discovered (a couple of hours after the phone accessories were dispatched) that they will not have the actual phone in stock until 17th July earliest - too late for the birthday I wished to give it away for.

At a push, I can imagine one mistake with 'remote area surcharges' and Yodel. But to ask me to believe both Yodel and DHL are telling them central Edinburgh is a remote area of the UK is just not credible.

Someone is trying to scam customers by collecting these fake fees.

I'm not sure how to proceed, but will certainly never use their site again. Time and frustration wasted.
