So far, what I have experienced is not a serious problem. If the cargo had not reached the elite, they would either ship the product back, or return the product's fee. There are all kinds of guarantees in the products. Again, a product I bought immediately made money in the face of a broken battery. I can say the site with the best prices among abroad shopping sites, especially with the discount periods, you can get products with 70% discount. I would definitely recommend it.

He tenido 2 problemas con productos que no han llegado, pero en todo caso son muy amables y me han devuelto el dinero + puntos. Es entendible que algunos productos no lleguen porque el servicio postal de mi país es malo. Pero aún así el Staff de Gearbest es muy servicial. Y siempre están pendientes de lo que pasa con nuestras ordenes.

I've been doing shopping on Gearbest since at least November 2016. I've bought a lot of stuff from there, and all the items have arrived mostly on time. On this particular one, the Xiaomi Mi Band 2, I got not only a great deal through coupons that they regularly make available, but I also got the unit in record time without choosing explicitly the fastest shipping method. When contacting support they are responsive and the small problems that I had in the past have all been fixed quickly.

Gearbest est un site à fuir, ce sont des voleurs, ils acceptent toutes les commandes sans faire attention au stock. Et, bien pire encore, ils ne disposent jamais du stock en interne et vendent des stocks qu'ils ne recevront jamais.
Cela leur fait un pécule financier constant qui est le vôtre.
Cette pratique est illégale en Europe et ils s'en moquent, autant que de vous répondre.
Leurs S.A. V est pitoyablement lent et injoignable par téléphone ou chat (cela ne fonctionne jamais), le système via Facebook Messenger est un robot.
