My first order from a foreign website. Easy to use web site and mobile application. The order went smoothly. I picked up a robot vacuum cleaner for me, in this case the Ilife V7s Pro. After payment, I paid with credit card. I got instant confirmation of the payment. They were constantly informed about the order in progress of the order: packing, mail order, courier service tracking number. When I contacted the customer service where my pack was, they were willing to respond in every case. The ordered product was well wrapped and flawlessly received. Works fine. Very good webshop, I recommend it!

Gearbest is one of the best store online. I am fully satisfied for items received, fast delivery and for the carefull and kind custumer care. Surely i will go on buying on this site.
I bought an Viulux v1, it was sent at Friday 1th December, and I recieved it at Monday the 4th!
The customer support was really fast to answer any questions and there was no problem to pay with paypal. Quick and easy!
First of all the products on this webshop are very cheap, and even on top of the cheap product. For every product you buy you get so called "GB points" those are points to get discount on your next order, so every time you buy an product you get discount on your next product you buy, that is if you use the points you got.
The customer service is also good, for example I bought a microphone set and they forgot to pack the XLR cable, wich was supposed to be in the microphone set. I made a ticket about that and they gave me a partional refund.
The track/trace of this webshop is however not that good, it's hard to trace your packages, and often very delayed too.
The average shipping time is around 20 days, every package I bought was about 20 days, wich is pretty fast. It also depends where you live and what shipping method you choose, for example the UK method only takes up to 5 days if you live nearby.
Overall this website is a good webshop, and I recommend this webshop with all my heart.

Very goog, i recomend this site. They need improve the refund service and the quicky ship, althought i super recomend, they have great products and lovely prices.
Very nice website, easy to use, already made a few orders. One of them didn't arrive but I talked to the support and they resent the items without any cost because I had insurance so, if you buy insurance, you know that your items will arrive faster or later.
The support is very helpful and fast (1 working day to answer, sometimes not even that).
With all said, I highly recommend Gearbest.

This is unacceptable! Never did it say it my order was out of stock or not available when I made the purchase. You only offer an exchange or to wait? NO FULL REFUND?!? I could order this same unit from amazon and get it in 2 days! I used gearbest.com because i was recommended from a fellow youtube reviewer. I will be updating him and my channel and our follower of your horrible service if nothing is resolved. I ordered this for a present before the holidays and now it will not ship until 2 days prior? How is this possible? I purchased over a month before it even ships? I paid for express shipping too! My first purchase experience with your site is very sub par to say the least
