I already make more than 80 orders in the store, I consider a good customer but a store not with the good customers. When it is to buy, a store is very helpful and solve everything quickly, when the product presents some problem to a store everything to hide and harm the customer. I bought a smart watch and presented problems as soon as I took it out of the box, I already sent messages to a store they just ignore me, they never solve the problem and give me back my money. The store has lousy customer service, be careful.
I bought my MI a1 right at the launch day from gearbest, it took one month to be shipped (which is understandable since it was pre sale), and the phone arrived on Brazil really fast, well packed and the phone is amazing and the price was sooo nice. The support from gearbest is always fast and clarifying, always ready to solve my problems. Definitely will be buying again and commendating to friends and family.

I already made many orders on Gearbest with 0% of failure. The best is the recently order a Lipo charger which was out of stock. They replace the order with a better charger with no any extra cost. Maybe the live chat system having some bug but you can use the ticket to contact them or even Messenger. About product quality so far i never had any broken/damaged item. All works great on arrival. To get best deal wait for the flash sale its totally insane price.
