I love Gearbest, they have mostly everything i'm looking for for way better price than anywhere else and always give very reasonably priced shipping upgrade so I can get my order in 10-12 working in Canada, which is way better than most company shipping from the same location. They also have a loyalty program which always appreciated, who doesn't want to save more? I've never had to open any ticket for any of my order and I've been buying from them for about 3 to 4 years. -1 for not very dense packing, the product often comes in a crumpled pack.
-2 to warn about the lack of goods. I ordered from them phone waited three days and I was told that it is not. I had to buy it elsewhere.
Everything else is 10/10. Good shop!
I ordered on December the 2nd, paid for insurance and express shipping and had to pay customs on December the 14th.
It is December the 19th, and DHL -their shipping company- just sent me an email saying GearBest has not even shipped this order yet. 17 days afterwards. With an express shipping query.
Every time I sent GearBest an email I got FAQ copied and pasted, not one single human written sentence. I have been asking why my tracking number did not work (now I know it was not even a DHL number), what are the insurance costs for, if my package would be home before this week (my purchase is this week useless) and if I could get my money back.
None of my questions have been answered yet, I have lost more than 150 for nothing.
Their messenger option is an automated machine, their customer service does not adress the questions asked. On their emails they hyperlinked some words so one would be able to track their package, they were links to their support page instead. Nice one.
I know today that I am not getting my money back, BE CAREFUL! It is a scam. Good news is, one can get the customs costs back.

I ve been gearbest's customer since 2014 when i bought my first electronic cigarette. Lately i bought from there my new xiaomi cellphone and many others gadgets and accesories.
I can only say good words for this eshop. It has one of the most competitive prices in many products categories. And with coupons during holidays and promotions, their prices are unbeatable!
I am also very happy with their customer service, which was very helpfull when i needed it. I can't judge their warranty policy cause i didn't have to use it. All the products i had are working as expected until now.
The only negative i could think, is sometimes their stock availabilty. If the product is in stock it will be shipped immediately. Otherwise you have to wait a little bit. But even so, when i contacted their support center via ticket, they responded immediately giving me an estimated shipping date (which was pretty accurate) and the option to wait or to get a refund.
So 5 stars for gearbest from me with my experience until now.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
