I'm certainly not the most active buyer, but when I need something, I'm, like everyone, rely on the reliability of the store, the breadth of choice, the ease of payment and delivery.
All my purchases on Gearbest were comfortable.
I'm mostly interested in various electronics, but based on my past positive experience with Gearbest, the last order I made already applies to clothing accessories.
A good vast choice, the selection of goods through filters, extensive product descriptions - all these speaks in favor of the store. Gearbest provides several options for delivery, including a very convenient special express channel for residents of Ukraine. A very competitive delivery price and the ability to track significantly simplify the buying process. Packages arrives no later than 12-13 days, which I think is an excellent result.
Plus, Gearbest offers it's Points system, which allows you to accumulate points at each purchase and use them in subsequent acquisitions. It is very interesting and allows you to save money afterwards.
My last finished order was in November when I bought iPazz Port 21S, a mini keyboard for Android TV Box. I was able to get it on a flash sale and got a good quality item at an excellent price. Packaging, delivery and parameters of the keyboard completely satisfied me.

Gearbest is a good online store. Shipments are very well packed. If even the shipment came damaged / faulty then the help center quickly helps solve the problems.

Very fast shipping and delivery, good prices and good quality goods. Delivery to Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta, it is very convenient.

Payment made for a smartphone on November 30st. Delivery should be 7 - 12 days (I paid extra for a faster delivery).

We are 4 weeks later and nothing has been delivered. 2 times (so far) they gave me a fake tracking number, very bad communication. After demand for refund and cancelling the order no response whatsoever!

Their website states that over 150 pieces are available from stock, nevertheless they refuse to send anything!

Basically a rip off!

Am cumparat citeva produse de la site-ul gearbest, si le-am primit foarte repede conform planificarii scrise, si aparatele erau la calitatea descrisa in showcase-ul produsului.
Comunicand cu echipa gearbest am descoperit ca dialogul efectuat este la un nivel de elita, respect maxim si satisfactia clientului era in primul rind, nu am fost egnorat nicio data.
Va recomand sa cumparati smartfonuri calitative la preturi ieftine si calitatea superioara.

At this point I ordered 55 times at Gearbest, mostly electronics, an here is the reason:

During this 55 orders I opened only 3 tickets.
- One for canceling a preordered flashlight, because of the massive delay of the release (fault of manufacturer)
- One for asking why shipping of some items at that moment took so much time (problems with shipping agencys)
- And the last one for a parcel with an unusual delay, but arrived some days later (fault of shipping agency)

Gearbest always answered quickly, polite and solution-oriented. In the last case, the parcel arrived within the delivery deadline, gearbest set. In the case, the item shouldn't have arrived within the deadline, Gearbest promised me a solution.

Almost always Gerbest has good prices ans in almost every case you can find coupons for making items even cheaper. If you really can't find a coupon, you can still spend some collected points. Unfortunately you can't combine points / coupons / flashsale deals.

I never had a problem with Gearbest. I'm very satisfied with Gearbest and I will definitely remain a customer.
