The shopping experience at GearBest have been very positive. I ordered 3pcs smartphones for Christmas. Orders were sent pretty quickly despite the sale of 11.11. And black Friday. Support GearBest competently and quickly answers all questions and would go to any lengths to make the client satisfied.

Really good site to order from with many shipping methods to chose from. Love the tax free EU Express shipping method which I used 2 times both orders in a busy time and they came in a month without having to pay taxes. Really helpful support, allowed me to change shipping method before my order was shipped. All products that i have ordered from here (21 orders altogether) arrived, was good quality and original product.

Um site onde você pode obter os produtos que você deseja a preços acessíveis. A pior parte é que as encomendas demoram muito tempo, e nao podemos falar diretamente com o fornecedor, As opções de envio são abundantes (registradas, não registradas, prioritárias e aceleradas), mas todas, sao uma porcaria, eu tive um produto que comprei pela prioraty line, e tenho outras pessoas que me dizem o mesmo, demoram 70 dias a chegar, é vergonhoso, e uma pessoa paga para ter rastreio e nao tem informaçao nenhuma, o suporte da gearbest, não é muito bom, se tivermos um problema eles ao o resolvem, em relaçao a estas encomendas, para não falar do tempo que demoram a responder.
