I did about 30 transactions here and bought many different things from such small things like micro sim adapter, fidget spinner through bluetoothe headphones and ending with smartphones.

If you are shy and afraid buying here, Paypal is your answer as they protect your transaction. However I have not asked PP to judge any transaction as everything was in good order.

Prices are nice, especially during different events nearly every month. Shipping is different- sometimes from local warehouses, sometimes from Chine. I can't complain.

Quality and safety? I bought flash for my Nikon camera and it came in good condition and still works. I bought selfiesticks, sonic toothbrush, mouse and still works.
Of course there were also bad moments: I bought LeEco smartphone and if hangs all the time. I wrote to GB, sent it back and they refunded it with costs of return shipping. With other not working order - car DRV they just returned my money without sending it back (however it does not work at all).

I'm really happy with helpful support and hope for next great sale events soon:)

I had an experience with "aliexpress" And it didn't end well.
Since then i stopped all together the use of this kind of websites
Luckily a friend Guided to your site and I had a 4$ in my account so I said Why not
I bought a "USB Bluetooth" with no expectations
But after 28 days like the system said the product arrived at my home with no harm
From that moment I started to browse the site more often and I bought quite a lot of things (by far 14 has arrived)
What I like the most is that companies who Sell the products are not like the people who trick and cheat like it is the case in some other sites

About my last order, a mix between tech stuff and home accessories, every thing in perfect conditions, arrive in 10 business days

They sell items that real value the money, 99% of the time it correspond to the item and to the description (quality, color, material.)
The time it takes to arrive is very good
And you have an amazing customer service and after sales team that always solves the problems by helping the customer

In my personal oppinion, gearbest is a very good online store. I never had any problems with my orders.
The dilivery time from the warehouses in the far east to germany was always about 10 to 20 workingsdays- that is absolutly ok. Every order has arrived! The service team is also very helpful. If there is a problem with your order, like the shipping time will takes a feew more days, you will get an information by e-mail. Over all i can give a thumbs up to gearbest. Notice: thats my objective oppinion. I get no money for my review.

Meiner Meinung nach ist Gearbest ein absolut empfehlenswerter Onlinestore. Ich hatte bisher keine Probleme mit meinen Bestellungen. Sie kamen alle nach ca. 10-20 Werktagen an. Sendungen aus dem EU-Warenlager nach ca. 3-5 Werktagen.
Die Lieferungen waren immer unbeschädigt und ordentlich verpackt. Das Serviceteam kann ich ebenfalls lobend erwähnen. Über eine (durch die Rederei) verspätet losgesendete Bestellung wurde ich per Mail informiert. Alles in allem kann ich nur positiv berichten. Hierbei handelt es sich um meine persönliche Meinung-ich werde hierfür nicht entlohnt

It is worth remembering that the delivery system of my country is very flawed so it takes even longer, purchase made on 17-03 and 28-03 was already in Brazil.

ENG: I mainly use gearbest.com to buy various stuff at amazingly low prices, like my metal case (with strong plastic wristband) for mi Xiaomi MiBand 2 (that I also buy'd from them). The "alternative" wristband is much robust than the default one and is super comfy. Shipping time are usually quite long if, like me, you chose "free shipping", but everithing I ordered has always eventually arrived, so it's ok. Either you need some "tech" or house utilities, I bet you can find it at gearbest.com, and if ever you have some issue, the support team is fantastic.

ITA: Uso gearbest.com principalmente per comprare varie cose a prezzi stracciati, come per esempio il "case" in metallo (con il cinturino in plastica bella resistente) per il mio Xiaomi MiBand 2 (che ho comprato sempre da loro). Il cinturino "alternativo" è molto più robusto rispetto a quello standard che ti danno incluso nella confezione, in più mi sta davvero comodo attorno al polso. I tempi di consegna sono un po lunghetti se, come me, scegliete "free shipping" (la spedizione gratuita, insomma), ma tutto quello che ho ordinato è anche arrivato, quindi ok. Sia che cerchiate cose tecnologiche o per la casa, scommetto che su gearbest.com le trovate, e se per qualsiasi ragione dovessero esserci problemi, la squadra di supporto è davvero fantastica.
