My most recent order required a bit of help from GearBest's customer service and they did a fantastic job. I've ordered quite a bit from gearBest in the past, if you shop around and compare prices you should be able to find some pretty great deals on there. On my last order after paying I realised I had forgotten two items one of the sales on an item would expire the following week but gearbest support replied to my ticket for editing the order that weekend and sorted it out for me. I can't imagine their job would be easy having to deal with a lot of non-mandarin speaking customers from all different timezones. I'm very thankful for their help when I needed it.
Gearbest is a legit online store that you can trust, They guarantee you that you will receive what you ordered, that you will receive it working and in a good condition or you will receive your money back and it's true. Customer service is good. I have no complaints so far.

At the beginning I was a bit worried because the storages are in China, while I am in Europe, so I was worried that the goods could be stopped or not delivered. I really enjoy ordering items from Gearbest. If ever you have a question, there are several ways to contact support, and even to chat with a person in real time. Customer service is excellent, very happy with that.
Of the things I've ordered so far, I have only once had an issue, which was resolved promptly, to my satisfaction.
In the Netherlands you can currently order the more expensive items through 'priority line', which gives you better odds of receiving the item without any delay. But ofcourse the larger packages wil probably take more time to arrive. But at the best prices. There are excellent sales almost continually, but different items each time.
Packaging is fine, nothing I've ordered so far has been damaged.
Most recently I've ordered a replacement camera for the Xiaomi Mi drone 4k, an excellent drone, but accidents do happen, especially with drones.
Because the camera can easily be taken off, it is also easy to be replaced. Gearbest has been very considerate with the issue and is still the cheapest source to get the camera from.
I bought many things from GearBest, they always send good product and make nice offers. And, the most important is, the every time I had small problem I open a ticket and they answer fast and we get a deal, that's good for both sides. I recommend and I'll keep purshasing.

I've already made several purchases at Gearbest. I've always been well taken care of. The shipping is fast and vembem packed, the product is protected by bubble wrap, which prevents any damage during shipping. There is a lot of supply of good quality products.
It presents several forms of payment, which makes it much easier.
The answering service is quick, not exceeding 10 hours to get answers about products, payment methods, shipping and others.

Gearbest was a very delightfull experience buying online. I uses the shipping method according to your orders. Products are delivered in a satisfactory time and well packed.
My previous review of GearBest was emphasizing its strange delivery politics. However, time has flown and currently I have no any problems with their delivery. For at least half a year their delivery speed is excellent. An average term of about 10-20 days from China to Russia is very fast (taking into account that delivery from Moscow airport to Moscow region post outlet can easily take 5-7 days).

Gearbest maintains good prices for their stock and delivery, items received conform to the description. However the delivery process is strange.
In a few days after the order they mark it as sent out and show tracking number, but if you check this number with 17track or any other parcel tracking service, you'll find that your order can hang with "Item pre-advised" status for anything from week to the month. My practice of several last months shows that REAL delivery starts only after opening a ticket with Customer Support.
Their answers are all standard, and can be described as "Don't worry, be happy...". To get a meaningful answer from them is almost imposible.
The delivery problems started to happen the last 2 months. Before the was no problems, and I do hope they refine the problems.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: Yes Adam, did you pay with PayPal? If Then contact PayPal and claim your money back and stat away from gearbest, they lied to me and now i an trying to get my 100 dollars back. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
