Great, I found the item I needed on the web no problem so I ordered it.
The item came in few days and we will install it today, Thank you

I requested an invoice be emailed to me as our Accounting Dept. Must mail you a check, and in turn I then receive the remotes. I continue to receive an email asking I order on-line. I do not want to personally have to pay for these. Order never completed and I am out of remotes.

Place an order and paid for express shipping, week later still did not got my shipment. I call them to verify my order the company never shipp the order.

I always look forward to dealing with this firm. Customer service is stellar. Products as described.

I tried to return a new arm and was told that there was not return policy. For a 500 dollar purchase, there should be a return policy. I am very disappointed.

Gatehouse is great. I buy all my gate and garage door opener from them. They have most items in stock and ship out quickly.

Remote doesn't work. It's the wrong one for my garage door opener. Probably my fault. Don't want to pay the cost of shipping to send it back.

Via email they replied quickly each time and was able to tell me the correct remote that I needed and how to return the wrong one. I appreciate so much their time and attention!

They agreed to refund restocking fee, but never refunded the amount! Paid $18.00 to send their incorrect part back. Buyer beware.

I understand the companies stand point I order thousands of dollars of equipment had to change delivery address mid shipment cost me more money

I purchased wood "stain ready" newels for my home. They look beautiful however the stain ready product required significant sanding

I ordered on May 27th and my credit card was charged and I received my gate opener on August 2nd. Didn't cancel the order since I couldn't find the piece anywhere else for sale and it was only $47. However, I feel like I should have been notified that the order would take forever to ship. I have yet to use my gate owner since I'm out of town for work so I hope that it is a quality piece and works correctly.
