I purchased some dears for my gate with these guys. They were supposed to ship in three days and they never did so I contacted them and they said to wait one or two days. The days past and still no answer, so I contacted them again and they told me I would have to wait for another week. When I told them that it was really urgent and it was taking too long to please help me out the customer service rep was really rude and told me if I wanted She would send me a refund so I replied that I really wanted the part. Instead of working with me she just issued the refund and sent me off.
Went on line to locate a keypad for garage door opener; used the website support and they were so very helpful, found the item and the link to it. Ordering was easy and arrived in two days. Excellent experience!
You had the capacitor to fit my 1996 Craftsman garage door opener, and it worked fine once I installed it. Also I like that the capacitor is made in USA
Two day shipping isn't true. Ordered over a week ago and still not received. Very frustrated as I needed it much sooner
I ordered this product 10 days ago. After they let me know the sale was confirmed, I had no further correspondence from GateHouse. I called last week to find out what was going on. At that time they let me know the item was back ordered and that it should ship to me on Friday. They would send an email to confirm. It's now the following Tuesday and still no product or information.

I did not know what replacement board I needed for my garage door opener. I called and talked to an employee, I gave her the model number of my unit and she told me what board I needed. I told her o needed 2 of them and placed the order, when it arrived, it was incorrect, the web site did not operate correctly and would not allow me to input the correct replacement. I called back and again talked to a person, who was helpful but I was told that since I ordered the wrong part o had to pay all shipping charges and pay up front for the new boards. I told them that it was their mistake not mine. They would have no part of it, I was told that I received the part I ordered and I was responsible the the mistake. My attempt to explain that it was their mistake mot mine fell on deaf ears, so I have paid for shipping 3 times. My parts were back ordered both times so I have waited 3 weeks to get them. Now I am waiting for my refund and hoping I don't get charged a restocking fee,

I looked into your order and the machine you have has gone through 4 different revisions so finding a replacement board is definitely challenging
The only way to do it is to match the logic board part number EXACTLY the random letters at the end tell us which board version you need. Order place 8 days ago and product is still not shipped. The only thing that they have accomplished is to charge my credit card.

Answer: I think if you know for sure what part number you need and they ship you the correct part (and it works), then you should be fine. Personally, I wouldn't buy anything from them again,
