It was not easy to locate the brand and model I needed. I did find it and order it eventually. There are not many instructions on how to search the site.

Other reviews were right. We ordered a new motherboard for our gate and they sent us a defective one as confirmed when we troubleshoot with Liftmaster. I asked to exchange for a replacement and they expect us to pay for return shipping even though it was not our fault.

The website was easy to use but delivery took 2 weeks and the Seller made no effort to inform me of a delay or tell me when delivery could be expected. I called customer service twice and they were no help.

My garage door gear replacement parts arrived in just a few days and they were a perfect fit for my Sears Craftsman unit. Price and shipping were reasonable. Installed them myself based on YouTube video DIY videos. Saved a lot of money, no doubt.

I ordered the product with the assumption that gatehouse was able to ship it quickly. After checking on the order a few days later I found they were waiting on a supplier to ship them the material before it could be shipped to me. I still don't have my order, and I will be less likely to use Gatehouse in the future after this experience.
