I use my Pay with GasBuddy all the time. It has only been denied at one gas station one time. I get $0.05 per gallon as per the terms. I have never had any problems with it and would recommend.

I question how stupid some of the reviewers here are. "Rejecting my info"? 10 cents off then 5 cents? Can people read? These are the same idiots that didn't read their mortgage agreements in the run up to the recession and caused the housing crisis. There's a lot of stupid people. I read the terms, agreed, and have been getting the discount now just fine. I've never had any issues. Their support the one time I used it could be improved absolutely agree there. But the card works, read the fine print before complaining and you won't have problems.

I'm a sceptic by nature, so excuse my concerns but please provide any feedback that may be applicable to my scepticism... I am concerned with the authenticity of the Good Reviews on the GB Card. The negative reveiws out weigh the Good ones by far. I know there are people that are sometimes hired to add reviews reflecting only good things for a certain service or company, so i find some of these to be questionable. There seem to be NO grammatical errors in any of the good reviews; always having punctuation in the right spots, capitalization of all the appropriate words, and spelling to be spot on. Not to say there are only less educated people that have negative things to say, but the good reviews seem to be flawless in verbiage. I need something that appears to come from REAL People not on a payroll of some kind. Is there an actual customer service phone number that allows people to speak with live reps where i might be able to feel better about receiving actual assistance in real time any time I have a question on the GBCard? I'd love to give this card a try, but i need to feel safe in doing so. I work at a Customer Service call center myself, so i know the ins and outs of being avialable and actually providing a service of assistance, all in a timely manner. Is there anyone out there that can help me feel any better about giving this a shot?

I use the GasBuddy app every day -- updating prices so that other users can benefit. I've used Pay with GasBuddy more than 40 times since last September (2017) without ever being denied and without a problem. In the six months that I've use Pay with GasBuddy, I've saved about $40 -- not enough to set the world on fire, but it comes out to about a free tank & a half every year. I live in PA, but I've also used Pay with GasBuddy in OH, IN, WV, MD, SC, GA, & FL. I've used the card at Sheetz, Sunoco, Shell, Marathon, BP, BFS, Pilot, Love's, Speedway, & RaceTrac. Again--I've never had an issue.

Scam, before i even recieved card had $234 in ACH charges. Chase bank tracked charges back to Gas Buddy. Chase bank filed a complaint with the AG in Massachusetts. Could not get hold of Gas Buddy customer services. Tried and left voice mails for 6 weeks with no responce. Chase Bank refunded the funds and i had to close account and open new account because we were unable to get call back from Gas Buddy and they still had bank account on file and attempts were made to withdrawal funds after Chase put stop payments on all transactions from GasBuddy. Again, transactions were attempted before i even received card and i have never activated card.

It used to be great. I used it locally and while traveling. (The app)
However, a few months back they changed it, no they ruined it.
It used to be they would give most station prices in your area. Or you could zoom out to check the close station that had the best prices.
NOW, you get the stations within about 2.5 miles from where you are, AND NOTHING MORE.
You cant make it give more. It is now useless.
I had to stop using it as I live in a hole where the prices are the highest for miles in all directions.
I removed it. On 1/31/18 I reinstalled it to test and it is still broken and I removed it again.
Zero stars if I could.
