I consulted Steve from Garage Giant before I purchased a set of garage cabinets not wanting to receive it before my garage floor is done. After I send in my order, the vendor unexpectedly have the item in stock and sent it through for delivery within 2 business days. I called Steve and he was able to retract my order. Once my garage floor is done, I followed up with an email and received my shipment within 3 days. I am happy about their excellent customer service and prompt response when I needed the help. Thanks!

Due to other garage projects I have not yet installed the new products

I purchased my 6/22 and received it on 7/13. I was contacted by Mel on 7/2 informing me that they expected my order to ship the 3rd week of July. Considering all that is going on the world right now, I was fine with this and anticipated it may be later than that. Well it was a pleasant surprise when I was contacted on 7/10 by Steve Mustarde informing me that my order had shipped.

All told, communication was great and I received the product earlier than quoted. Buy with confidence!

Great experience! Driver was awesome and helpful. Easy to set up. It is a well made product.

Every person I spoke with was very nice. The only problem I had was delivery took 1 month. Once I got my unit, there was damage not readily visible. I've been waiting for going on 2 weeks now, for the replacement. I'm told the pandemic is the cause for the delay in deliveries. Very nice product, though!

I blame myself for not reading more closely, but I was very surprised when my Ulti-Mate storage system was delivered in 11 flat boxes. Assembly was comparable to IKEA furniture (almost no tools required; instructions in pictures rather than written) although the pieces are considerably more sturdy.

The staff at GarageGiant was helpful, but delivery was delayed by several weeks due to COVID.

A supply chain hiccup pertaining to my order was resolved efficiently, though communication was slightly frustrating.
Everything else pertaining to my first experience with Garage Giant was top notch.

Customer service is quick and personal here. With the Covid and everyone shopping or delivery times were said to be longer however I sent an email requesting if any chance it could come sooner and he responded immediately and I did get my product sooner. Every time I emailed I got an immediate response happy with everything thank you

Great deal on a Montezuma 72 inch Toolbox. A fraction of the price of a similar sized snap-on or matco box.

Very happy with the purchase and the cabinets. I was unhappy with the delivery, which isn't on Garage Giant. It just took a long time to arrive and the tracking was useless (said it was scheduled to arrive two weeks prior to arriving).

Be patient, Very poor communication I had to contact the company numerous times for a shipping date or tracking number. All I was told is you will be notified when it ships. After four weeks I was finally contacted me to tell me that the order had shipped. I set an appointment with the shipping company, I contacted you should been company the morning of the schedule appointment they said that it would be out that day. At 3 PM that day I contacted the shipper again who stated that they don't know why but it did not make it onto the truck, they set an appointment for the next morning which they fulfilled.
I like the product I misunderstood and thought it would be mostly assembled, it came knockdown in boxes similar to IKEA assembly.
I feel you have a lot to work on on communication and delivery the product is paid for at the time of ordering Communication is severely lacking.

The delivery company indicated it would be delivered between 9am and 12 noon. It was 5:30 pm before it was delivered. I had to call multiple times to find out when they would arrive.

Easy to purchase, showed up in a timely manner, great overall experience.

Ordered and cabinetS were at my house the following week. Faster than Costco.
