Garage Giant was very good in customer service letting me know how my order was processing and the anticipated delivery date. They were also excellent in resolving a matter where I had ordered an 84" Stainless Steel worktop, separate from the large combination set, which was shipped via UPS and came damaged. While there were two other unseccessful attemps via UPS, I had success in picking up the top myself directly from the NewAge fullfillment center.

Customer service is great. They are thorough & efficient. They let you know what to expect throughout the ordering & delivery process.

Impressed with the shipping times considering the pandemic shopping delays on other orders. Good quality and I'm completely satisfied.

Where do I start... I ordered some NewAge Pro garage cabinets. First, my order took over a month to ship as some items were out of stock without the website indicating this. I finally received a phone call from a nice mine a few weeks later explaining the situation. He indicated they would ship part of my order first and I would need to wait for the rest of my order later (it's been 10 weeks).

When I finally received the shipment, this is when more issues arose. First, the pallet was dropped off in my driveway with two more pallets on top of it, completely shrink wrapped. There were three visible boxes on the pallet, two large boxes with my NewAge tall cabinets and a small box of parts. Upon removing the shrink wrap, I heard a thud as the worktop fell onto my car, denting the fender. There was no warning label or paperwork indicating there was a worktop located in this position or to take caution. It was also not strapped like the other boxes were. There was no paperwork indicating how many boxes were on this pallet.

In addition, one of the cabinets came in with a perfectly fine box but inside I found the cabinet doors were crushed in. Another cabinet had the hinges drilled in the wrong position which I had to address. It's been taking 4 weeks of back and forth just to get this resolved. I'm told a new cabinet is being sent but nothing will be done about my car and I'm still left with an incomplete set because Garage Giant can no longer get one of the cabinets.

Horrible experience as NewAge and Garage Giant continue to go back and forth with no solution. I should have bought from somewhere else.

Garage Giant helped me with my order from start to finish. Due to Covid there were some delays, but understandable so due to the shutdown. There were also issues with delivery. In this case Roadrunner Freight was used and allegedly created damage in the delivery. That all being said, it was frustrating, but more about logistics and delivery. Thankfully, Garage Giant had my back and I felt completely supported through each challenge. The process has been a long time coming, but if you're patient, it is well worth the result. New Age Pro Series are stout and incredibly well built. It was their weight that I believe created issues in their shipping. That is no fault of New Age or the seller Garage Giant... it is a challenge Roadrunner Freight had to manage. Garage Giant as I mentioned was there for me the whole time and managed any problems I had and in many ways advocated for me with New Age in getting any replacement parts I needed. It was nice for a company, internet based, to have such a personal touch and exude top notch communication and concern. I would not hesitate in recommending Garage Giant in the future, and look forward to working with them again.

We had such a great experience. Representatives answered a few questions before we ordered the cabinets and everything arrived within a few weeks. Each cabinet was in perfect condition and installed easily. I would not hesitate to use Garage Giant again!

I ordered online, but had several questions and needed to arrange a shipping time when we would be available. The customer service via Chat and email were both personal and good with the representative following up as needed. When the product arrived we were amazed at how carefully and precisely it was all packaged to prevent any damage to the product. The shipping company was excellent as well, delivering after work and going above and beyond. We were very pleased all the way around.

Amazing price for quality received, well packaged and it was easily assembled. Delivery time was relatively quick for size and weight of items purchased, definitely would recommend.

Absolutely horrible with communication. Delivery service is terrible. If I would have know prior I would never of ordered from them. When we received the order our packages were in good shape. When we opened the boxes there was damage to two cabinets.

After a long research I opted for the Swisstrax system for my garage and workout area. Swisstrax company was charging me about $300 extra for shipping, and Garage Giant as a Swisstrax distributor saved me that shipping cost. Thank you!
Items arrived in great condition, and delivery took less than a week from the time I placed my order.
Note: I missed to place an extra item on my original order, I called them and they added it at no charge.

Ok, no person to talk to. Just emails. Makes customer service superficial but all my issues resolved.
