As a cosplayer I like to take time in choosing my wigs per costume. I found Gamiss and was interested by the selection, normally wigs in this price range aren't great in the quality department and that's where I was very surprised. The wig is thick, no shortage in wefts. The fiber is shiny and soft, and it derangles very easily. I also have thick hair and the cap accommodates for that so there are no lumps.

The icing on the cake is not only do they sell great and inexpensive wigs but they also provide free shipping and are extremely helpful though their ticket system.

10/10, definitely purchasing again.

All in all, they have SO MANY clothes and accessories in their offer. From amazing shoes/sneakers and all those goodies to really cheap, yet really top quality jackets, t-shirts, pants, etc. Their support is quick and kind, they help you with everything whenever you need them. The sales are always SO HUGE and always from 50-60% to around 80% which is really impressing. The day I got my first order from them, I told myself I'll never buy clothes in real life again, because nothing is better than Gamiss! I recommend this site TO EVERYONE

Order 2 sweatshirts on Oct 4th Its now Dec 8th and still nothing, contacted company all they say is you item was shipped you should get it soon, shipping on their site says 7-15 days I order from China all the time so I know it takes 3-4 weeks, but its now been more then 8 weeks and its still not here. I asked for my money back ad said I would ship items back if they ever arrive, and nothing. I do have a claim in progress with paypal, do hopefully they will figure it out. First time ever having an issue with any company and I've ordered hundreds of things online this year alone.

This was my 1st time shopping from this place and I was a bit concerned because I knew of Noone who had even heard of this company... but 4 the price I was paying, I convinced myself to try it out. I ordered a wig which took about 3 weeks to receive... with it taking so long, I just knew I had gotten scammed... delivery is extremely slow!... but every time I emailed them asking about my order they responded promptly, so I was impressed by that!... their customer service is really good, in the sense of responding to your inquiries. Well I got the wig, which came in and envelope... seems like it could be a better way to ship than an envelope... when trying wig on 4 1st time, I could have sworn it was not the wig I ordered... but I cldnt prove it, and I grew to like it!... friends and family thought I had actually cut my own hair... it looks real... as long as I am satisfied with the purchases in have made from them, I will leave a favorable review, but will also express my dissatisfaction!... thanks for a place to voice our opinions without hassle!

I just got my orders today in the mail and I'm thrilled with all of my purchases. I bought three dresses and two watches. The dresses are beautiful. I was quite pleased with quality of my dresses, they were not seconds and had no imperfections. The sizing was exactly what was shown on their sizing charts. They fit well. Thank goodness each item had a size chart otherwise I would have been lost. They also had a description section which told me the specifications of what I was buying such as material type and how to wash. Using the size chart for clothing is super important for a good fit so make sure to measure yourself beforehand. The watches I bought were waterproof, sport type. There was a good selection of watches. I picked these, because I wanted watches that were fashionable as well as functional when I swim.

Packing and Shipping: They pack their merchandise well in bubble wrap. About transit time. I received all my items via USPS delivery in 20 days as expected. All Gamiss's merchandise is from China so I had to be patient. All the dresses were enclosed in waterproof plastic bags inside a durable plastic postal bag. It made it impossible for them to become wet. About shipping. I just love that the shipping is FREE and they don't compensate with higher prices! The prices are definitely discount. The most I spent on my dresses was about $15.00 to my utter amazement! They have a guarantee if your order is not as described, broken, torn, etc. they will refund your order, etc. The service is good. I messaged Gamiss to ask them about sizing and they replied in 18 hours. They are polite, professional and friendly. I did try to use their chat service for pre-order questions. Unfortunately, on several occasions it seemed to be not working. Since chat is broken I took one star off. I hope they fix it soon so I can add another star.

To summarize. I love, love, love this site! They have a wide variety discount merchandise. They have quality items at discount prices, their service is timely and message communication is good.

I highly recommend Gamiss. It's now my favorite place to do online shopping.

Gamiss is absolutely the worst mail order company I have ever dealt with. My orders were late, the wig color was wrong and ever though it was supposed to be a human hair wig it was clearly a cheap synthetic and not even close to the style I ordered. I had nothing but bad service with customer service and to top it all off they will only give me my money back or exchange if THEY feel that the wig was wrong. How does that grab you? I'll tell you what they sure run a racket and have you by the short hairs. I will never buy ANYTHING from them again and I surely won't recommend them to anyone!

I ordered a few little items, a week later I recieved only 1 item ( the cheapest one) waited another week for the rest of my order and I'm still waiting. No one on Chat, phone number isnt connecting, I really thought I got robbed! I put a review on my order and within 24 hours I recieved an apology for the inconvenience, a full refund and was told to keep the order when it did arrive. Totally surprised by their response. Gamiss is slow with their orders because of inventory, don't let that discourage you. Customer service makes up for that! I may have to give them another try!
