Rip off

Do not order from this company. My bank just called to tell me they canceled my card for fraudulent charges. I called them and told them that I had ordered from this site however the charges were double what my total was and they charged my card three separate times do not order from them all they do is take money and by the way still haven't received my items.

So below is my review, and a response from someone at GAMISS? First off no solution, Iam in the US and the phone number is still nothing. They asked for my order number, but who do I tell it to? Here? This is it RR************** not sure what kind of scam site I got sucked into but it is not fun.

I ordered an item, they sent me confirmation that that item shipped, provided me with some kind of tracking number that does nothing on any mail site. The link they gave me that is shipping my item is nothing... E post(SU)...?. Customer service number doesnt work, email bounces back, I think I have been scammed. I just want to track my package, dont really care how long it takes I just want a visual on it. Help. Is there any way to talk to a human at this company?

Where is my order. I paid for express shipping and its been a week and a 1/2 n the items are still being processed. WTF is the issue? And no not reply with the same generic BS with contacting you. Because the # doesn't work! The email DOESN'T work and you have not responded on FB or on Twitter. Believe me I am not a problem that you want.

I expect a lot of these negative reviews are people reacting to someone else's review. Gamiss' website is a mess but if you navigate it you can file a "complaint" where Gamiss will reply within 24 hours and tell you exactly the status of your order. Mine was delayed because one item was out of stock. They didn't contact me to tell me this. I had to ask. I asked them to swap out the item for something else and now my order is shipping.

HUGE SCAMMERS!

I ordered my items 12/2/2016 and still have not received them as of yet. The website told me that I would receive them in 2-3 days which is B. S. I want to know if there is someone that I can contact because the number doesn't work and the online chat line doesn't either. They took my money and I want it back. Those were suppose to be Christmas gifts and now they cant be due to this scamming website. I wish I would have saw this website before I ordered from GAMiss... UGH... I want to sue them just for taking my money and the time that I had to wait to get it.

Did not receive all my items I spent 136.00 and got 2 items worth about 20.00, there is no way to call them. And shame on Facebook for allowing crooks on their site. Scammers, rip off DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM PRICES ARE ENTICING BUT IT'S A SCAM

I saw a lot of reviews criticising Gamiss, and I admit was a bit put off. However I ordered 4 items, paying with paypal (of course, just in case) and thought I'd see what arrived... my expectations weren't too high. But I just sat back and waited to see what would happen.
To my pleasant surprise the items actually arrived! I ordered two men's hoodies in the XL size (I'm usually a UK Large but sometimes Mediums fit me). I have to say that I probably should have ordered XXL as one of the hoodies is too tight and too short, the other hoodie fits okay.
I also ordered two ladies items, one top and one hoodie. My wife has tried them on. She is 5ft10 and the dressy top (which was a 'plus size') is a little on the short side but far too wide. The Hoodie also is a little too short despite looking quite long on the images. As my wife is tall and has a fairly large bust I ordered the XXL. Perhaps I should have ordered XXXL, but I'm not sure Gamiss are really equipped to sell to tall slim ladies. Judging by this order their stock is to short, the XXL stuff is wider but not really long enough.

The quality of the clothing isn't great. It's fairly thin material in the main, and the stitching isn't brilliant on the inside. But to be honest, the price is so cheap that I'm not surprised by the clothing. The temptation is to order more cheap clothes now that I have a better idea about sizing, but I think I'll wait until they've been through the wash a few times and worn for a few weeks, then I'll have a better idea of the quality.
[update]: On the quality side of things the hoodie started to bobble after only one wash and about 5 days of wearing. It still looks okay but it is clear the quality isn't great.

In summary I'd maybe order men's clothes again going a couple of sizes up from my UK size. I wouldn't order women's clothes, or at least not for my wife who is tall and slim. I would still pay with paypal and have low quality expectations. But I would expect it to arrive (perhaps slowly though).

I ordered a lace Vintage Dress and it was faulty, I paid with Paypal and received a full refund without having to return the item. I have not placed another order for 5 items... 2 have arrived... 2 are on their way and the other is awaiting stock. It is a shame that we are not aware of the lack of stock when ordering... let's see what happens

Like the review before me, they took my order processed the payment and stayed at the processing level for a month. If not for paypal I would never had gotten Mt money back. Their customer support page seems to be a magic jack phone number where contrary to its stating 24/7 service. They never answered and never responded to the emails I sent them. Don't waste your time for money on this site.

Dealing with this company has been a very positive experience -- no false promises; the garments received were just as they appeared to be in the photos on their site; the ordering process was very simple; the correct items were packaged carefully & shipped as ordered; the quality of the garments was impressive; and the delivery time estimate was quite accurate. I would like to thank Gamiss for a GREAT shopping experience. I had saw your adverts on Facebook and clicked this (unintentionally) but when I opened the site, I was drawn to the variety of clothing - particularly the vintage selection.

I bought a gorgeous swing dress. I had selected an unavailable shopping option while placing my order. Within a few hours, Gamiss were in touch to notify me and offer me an alternative - something which impressed me greatly.

Considering the distance from the goods location to me, service was swift and the dress was gorgeous when it arrived and mostly true to size which was also a surprise! My arms are slim so it was slightly big but otherwise a good fit. As advised, the dress was best with a petticoat so I have one on order and can't wait to wear the dress when it comes. I think the dress could be dressed up or down with the right shoes and accessories also. The dress quality was also as good as pictured.

The quality was so good that I have already ordered my second one and I don't doubt it will be my last one!

Scam alert, buyer beware I ordered 7 weeks ago and still no merchandise no refund and they have told me twice, not through email, but through Facebook, to be patient lol their Magic Jack phone never is answered and the voicemail box is full! Live chat 1 time said, it takes time to process, I said you already have my money at 3 weeks, then they say it's back ordered please wait till Nov. 22, I said okay but I've heard nothing, received nothing, and, thankfully I spent $21.00 and not anymore. Please buy from a reputable company!

I ordered a 5XL jacket from your site and keep in mind you advertise all over the world including AMERICA. I am American and am a 3xl in American sizes... if you advertise to an American population as well as international you should take into consideration that not even half of Americans are a 5xl European measurements. As a woman I was extremely extremely upset that the leather jacket I'd ordered to test if your company actually catered to all international sizes as well as European. Might I say this breaks my heart because I ordered a hoodie also and it hasn't arrived yet I ordered the biggest size you had, a month ago. I'm striving to be a plus size designer for both American women and international and am looking for an outlet... I'm offering my assistance for the sheer fact that I am an American plus sized woman and I love your many designs and feel that you can reach all women of all sizes in all countries if you had somebody who relates to those women. I love all your designs, all my friends and I just really want to support your talented designers by showing the American population that you cater to all sizes.

Getting a bit nervous.

I really cannot rate at this time except that I am getting a bit worried. I JUST NOW read everyone's review below. Some are positive and others, NOT positive. I ordered last week 4 items. I received an email on 11/18/16 saying this:
"Thank you for choosing us! We have shipped out your order R************** today. Your tracking number is 1ZY16W78YW*******"

Today, I checked the tracking number and even contacted UPS. They stated that the sending has not actually sent out any items but created a label only. This is 5 days AFTER my email stated they shipped the order.

What am I to expect? Am I going to lose my money? Is my shipment being delayed for any particular reason? Will I get partial instead of all? Will I receive this within the next 10 days, hopefully? I have Christmas early this year and these were gifts...
