Bought a dress cardigan as a gift for my son who was so pleased with the fit and the way the item washed so well he has actually requested more in other colours, the sizing is true to fit and great quality at fantastic prices with fast delivery as well. Typically within 2 weeks

Took a month to get the mermaid tail blanket I ordered for my daughter. I had given up and assumed I'd been scammed, but it did come eventually. Quality was not horrible, actually pretty decent for the price.

I bought 6 items in Gamiss. I recieve it in time and and I love the quality and all about this products. The service is nice, helpful and kind, I'm glad that I chose this site to buy very cool and fashion things to use this season. I will keep buying here! Can't wait to make other order!

Always now and then some problems with inventory or delivery status, but I like the clothes and the prices. There are always sales so it's nice to feel that I have the opportunity and available income to spend. Wait time can be long depending on what you order, but so far I like this shopping site and haven't had major issues. Customer service is prompt to respond and provides details to answer my questions.

Scam at its best!

I placed a order i never received it a month later they tell me it was delivered and for me to knock on my neighbors door to see if they received the package smdh. I ask them several times for a refund and never received it. This website is a scam!

After reading reviews on here, I was worried that I would get scammed so I decided to cancel my order. (bad experiences with scams before)

I went to their 24/7 live support chat system and it was very quickly, pleasantly and professionally done. The order was canceled, the payment was refunded the same minute. I am very satisfied with this.

I will likely buy something from this site in a few months when I need a bunch of clothes.

SCAM!

I bought an item and paid extra to speed up the shipment of the product in mid-November 2016, waited for 10 days and didnt receive anything in mail so I contacted their customer support to check on my order, only to find out they no longer have the jacket in stock and are waiting for their new inventory to arrive! I have been trying to get my money back for the past 21 days and they still havent processed my refund. The worst customer service ever. Their customer service representative Letha, doesnt even read the emails properly and her replies are so off the topic that makes you wonder if she even knows whats she talking about! This website makes you stop online shopping! SCAM, avoid them and their discounts.

I placed an order on Dec 7th with this company. I paid for expedited shipping so that my package would arrive with in 3-7 business days. The seller did not even print a label for my package until 10/13/2016 And HAVE DONE NOTHING OTHER THAN PRINT THE LABEL. They have not taken the package to UPS to send and its now 5 days past the day that the package should have arrived :( now one of my girls is short a Christmas gift when I ordered this in ample time. When trying to reach the company to get answer they would only email back how sorry they were but they can only help with pre orders, not orders that have been made. $#*!ty company and $#*!ty business practice

I should've known better that this website was too good to be true. I regret making a purchase. I am trying to cancel my current order and it says that after the order has been made, no changes can be made unless you contact customer services within one hour. I have been on the LIVE CHAT for over 20 minutes and in the last 7 minutes, this thing has been telling me that my waiting time is 30 seconds. THE LONGEST 30 SECONDS OF MY LIFE! The phone number provided to call isn't even a working phone number. This website is full of it. You don't even have the option to deactivate your account. One thing's for sure, I am never making another purchase in this website and recommend to others to do the same.

One of the items i ordered i'd give 5 stars for. It was better than expected. Another item i ordered was damaged. I was hoping to contact someone directly about the order but "contact support" is ambiguous, at best.

Never ever again

It took 7 weeks to receive my order, you cannot contact the company through the website or phone... SCAM SCAM SCAM. I finally received my order. I ordered a sweatshirt and a jacket, both XL. They are both easily a small. Total waste of money.

Ordered a beautiful dress from this website, paid for fast shipping yet it came over 6 months later and was nothing like the image on the website! It was 7x too short and NOT the size i ordered, the fabric was extremely bad and the dress was DIRTY with multiple STAINS on it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Placed an order for 2 hoodies on Nov. 2nd. It is now Dec. 18th. I tracked my package via UPS and it states "package processed waiting for UPS" that was posted on Dec. 6th! WTF? I am furious with this company!

I received the same response as another reviewer that my payment had not arrived. I paid at the time of ordering with my visa. Seriously concerned and doubt I'll recive my goods :( Stay away from this site!

Gamiss does NOT contact you to tell you that you have an item that is out of stock, you have to submit a ticket and wait for their response. I have had to swap out for an item that isn't on backorder, and that was a week ago, STILL HASN'T SHIPPED. I paid for expedited shipping almost a month ago and still have no items to show for it... my advice is to go somewhere else. This site is a complete waste of my time and money.

You Get What You Pay For

I don't understand why people are complaining. This is an Internet retail store much like Wish and Sky mall (more like Wish). You are paying next to nothing for items which are manufactured and shipped from different parts of Asia. The shipping will take a while because your order has to travel a very long way. The tracking site is accurate, although many cannot read it because it is in another language, so turn on your translator plugin for your browser.
There is no reason to complain. If you want something sooner, order it sooner, or buy it at full retail at a brick and mortar store, but do not complain because your insanely discounted merchandise is taking a long time to ship.
Thank you, Gamiss. You deliver what is expected for the price point and I have no complaints.
