Ordered an XBox & finally got my hands on one after months. Gamestop shipped out via Fedex, and mysteriously the unit was sent back to them for unknown reasons. Gamestop very apologetic ships out another via Fedex again, ensuring I will get my order! Fedex loses again! Gamestop then cancels my order & refunds my $. Hello... at this point, I don't want my $. I placed an order and it should be fulfilled, even if I have to be placed on a backorder status! Gamestop will not do this for XBox, PS5 etc. Why?
I should not have to wait months again and wait online to beat these bots when I fairly placed an order and Gamestop & Fedex messed up not once, but twice on my order! This should be an embarassment for Gamestop and they should do everything in their power to ensure they make it right. That is real customer service!
I bought a refurbished PS4 from GameStop for my brother's birthday. Within 2 months it stopped turning on. After a lot of pushing they finally agreed to replace the PS4 if he sent the broken one back. Within 4 months the replacement one has also broken. 2 broken consoles within 6 months is unacceptable and GameStop refused to help me saying it's outside of their 30 day window. I spent over $300 on this and expect the console to work longer than 4 months.

Ordered a headset from GameStop online paid $10 for next day delivery. Three days later package never showed up, contacted call center they said it was lost in the warehouse somewhere. Told them I would like my $10 back for service they did not provide. They told me I can get it back in points told them that was totally acceptable. Had to cancel the order and re-order it not very confident the package ever show up after Reading other reviews. I'll never do this again suggest nobody else does either very very very disappointed!
If you're looking for games this is the stop you need to make love this place and the selection of games they have.
Love the stores but not gamestop.com. See the "Oops! We couldn't process your payment" error online. I had two gift cards and a Mastercard and all the site would do was reject my card and empty my cart. The gift cards applied just find but I had to re-enter them with every attempt. Gamestop.com has known about this error for OVER A DECADE. Will they fix it? No. Would they take my order by phone as they promised when I first called? No. Will they give me a refund on the unusable gift cards I purchased? No. Everything boiled down to one thing: you HAVE to go to the store. I wanted to order ONLINE. TAKE MY MONEY PLEASE. I don't want to go to a store right now! Their business is stumbling because they won't take our money! Peaved! Stores, five stars. Website & related customer service, zero stars.
I loved Cuberpunk, I also got a really good deal on the game as well with the Best Buy location near my house in Raleigh
Preorder arrived 4 days late. Went to pick it up, they lost the preorder and had no more to offer. Told me to call customer service for a refund. Who told me to go to the store for the refund... who, well you get the picture.
Physical and phone customer service is terrible. Nobody wants to do their job. As an elite member I feel like I've just wasted money on that as I never want to do business with this company ever again.
Even walmart has better customer service.
Paid for standard shipping yet my order arrived 2 days earlier then was promised. I never have to wait more than a day for my order to be processed and ready to ship. The site itself is fairly easy to navigate though I do wish it had a dark mode. I've also noticed the shift away from strictly physical console games into digital games and PC parts. Very excited to see where Gamestop goes next. Overall, extremely satisfied.
Recommend getting stuff from here. Fast and efficient. Definitely better than the most gaming e-commerce sites

I ordered a Mario edition switch and accessories from GameStop with $20 "expedited shipping" whatever that fake is, they didn't ship it before my other items because it was the closest item to me... the stupidest I've ever heard. So my item sold out, after I already paid for it, now I can't get the switch and since I received the accessories they can't refund me and have to file a 15 day investigation to see if I'm telling the truth. I've asked to speak to a manager 3 days in a row and there is never one to be found and have been hung up on multiple time. I can never get their name because they talk faster then an auctioneer Your customer support is a sad excuse of tongue twisted individuals who can't read or remember their script... how did they even get the job? The person who hired them is probably worse. DONT BOTHER BUYING ANYTHING ONLINE if you do and they mess up as GameStop does good luck to you
It has been over a month and still no package or resolution to situation. My sister order me a surprise birthday gift, ordered it Feb 3, told her it would get to me by 18. We get a notice package delivered, wait the amount of time gamestop site says, no package. We both call, get two different stores and we are now in a libo of refund, replacement package is on way should be to you by end of day on 8th. But it said it was dellivered 5th, of that was a mistake. HUH? Over a monrh

It's pretty good but need cheaper games, I think it would have been better also if they had more deals. They need more stock for new consoles too

Absolutely terrible shipping. Honestly, if I wanted to wait 2 weeks for a game, I woulda just want to the store and bought it myself. Better yet, I shoulda used amazon.com instead which woulda guaranteed my game arrived in 2 days, at worst 3 days!
This is when the estimated delivery date was for 5 days.
Honestly, I don't even know why I go to gamestop anymore, so many other outlets now that any where else is better. Game stop is honestly dying.

(2)My Wife ordered 2 Nintendo switch and wee was out over $400 plus Faster shipping
8 or 9 days say 6 with out calling Saturday and Sunday work days
(3)I know it was last minute but wee just got the money to get are kids them
(4)I hope it comes in soon are kids really really wanted them
I love going to gamestop.com and just buying some necessary and useful items for my PS4 and computer they have all the things, I need like headsets, PS4 controllers, and tons of more things. Super handy!
I purchased my console over 3 weeks ago. GameStop sent me a email stating that my system was in the way to me. After 3 days the status of my shipping was "awaiting currier" and has been the same since. I've since contacted fedex as they are the currier for the shipping. FedEx stated that GameStop has said they they were waiting on GameStop the entire time. They have yet to send my system and have not updated me on when I can receive it. I'm extremely disappointed as I was told the system would be here before Christmas, which is days away and the system hasn't even left GameStop. They have completed ruined my holiday
Ordered a Item on 12/12/20, FedEx Label was created on 12/14/20, Was Notified that Item would be delivered on 12/16/20, Never arrived, Tried to call FedEx but couldn't reach a actual person, Then called Gamestop Customer service, Was put on hold and finally spoke with someone after 20 minutes, I told them what happened and that according to FedEx it was still in same status waiting for pickup, And I should have already have received the item, Tried to cancel the order but they said that I could not cancel but I could get a replacement in 7 to 10 days, But I paid for express shipping, So next day I was notified that the sa. E shipment had left Kentucky headed to Ft. Worth, TX. And was taken out of Pending Arrival Status to be delivered on 12/24/20, Two weeks later from original order date. So for now on I am not shopping Gamestop at all, I will shop with Amazon.com even if it is a few bucks more, You don't have a hassle with such lengthy time delays.
By the way why would the package be delayed almost a week on a Express two day delivery option, And be sent from Kentucky to Texas, When I live on the East Coast, I told Gamestop Customer service that I could have driven to Kentucky and picked up the item in a shorter time that it is taking for them to ship it.
