I noticed my bank got charged $20.00 from gamefools as a recurring payment. I never bought anything from this site, never heard of it till I looked into it. Did not receive any emails from the company about billing or anything.

I purchased a game from them for around $2 and never had any issues with the game. I checked my bank statements today and had a charge from them for $14.99. This is a subscription fee which I never agreed to. This is a shady practice stay away from this company.

I did get a refund, but it only came after posting the review. When I asked for a refund through PayPal, it was ignored, according to Jay, the refund request must be submitted through their website. Overall, I guess 3/5 stars rating is appropriate.

I purchased slingo supreme on February 9th., but after playing it for 6 times, now it won't load at all, and says gamefools game is locked! I have repeatedly told them. That is my favorite game! I miss it. Plus, I'm out $2.99!

Bought a game about a month ago for $0.99, then a $14.99 charge shows up on my account. They didn't inform me that they would be charging that to my card, has to cancel my card and get a new one. GAMEFOOLS IS ILLEGALLY CHARGING PEOPLE, SHUT THEM DOWN!

I bought a Minecraft Windows 10 for $0.59 and I did not think anything of it because I paid with Paypal and know my payments are secured. But I did not realize that they some how setup automatic monthly payments of $14.99 on my Paypal account, until I checked my email from Paypal. I atleast gave it a 2 star rating, because I was smart enough to outwit their sneaky asses and still only pay $0.59 for Minecraft.

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT use this service. The key they gave me was used and they stole my money, and are probably gonna charge my account for the monthly subscription to more empty game codes. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.

Bought a minecraft account and it charged 15 dollars every month without telling me. $#*!ty scam website I dont reccomend going on the first website at all.

Great low prices that work, but it secretly charges you $15 monthly, just make sure you cancel the automatic payment through paypal.

If you ever buy anything from their website, please check your spam folder/email daily, or they will charge you like a Leech.

People are complaining about this so called "hidden" monthly fee but when you buy it, it warns you multiple times about it. I bought Minecraft windows 10 for $0.60 USD and cancelled it immediately. The receipt even has ANOTHER warning, not to mention the PayPal emails also letting you know that there is a monthly payment added. If you could read, you shouldn't have a problem with this site.

BOught a game for 2.99. Game messes my computer up and kept crashing. Contacting PP and filing a dispute.

It's a good site to get games. I signed up for a FREE TRIAL through PayPal, bought a game for $2.99, canceled the trial and got an email from PayPal saying it was canceled. Gamefools is a GAME CLUB just like Big Fish. You pay monthly to get cheaper games.

I got a minecraft key for super cheap and it worked. After i keep thinking that this was too good to be true. After looking up reviews i checked my E-Mail form PayPal and sure enough they had signed me up for $14.99 a month without me noticing. Thanks to the people who commented already.

I cancelled my subscription before they could bill me for the first month.

I purchased a game for $2.98. Starting the next month they started charging me $14.99 a month for no reason. I finally caught it after 9 months. When I called, they refunded 3 months but not more. If you search for game of fools in google, the first hit is correcting your account. If you read all the reviews, you will see others with similar experiences.

I bought the Minecraft game for windows 10 the code didn't work the stole 6.99 from me.
I will try to get my money back with paypal because the Gamefools website has no help.

"GameFools" lives up to it's name as a scam. I tested their "offer" to see if it would process, but the code i was given was totally bogus, and they tried to auto-subscribe me for $14/month. It appears they mostly work in cheap, web games, but it would be real easy for a youth to fall into this trap by asking their parents for a game XP just a heads up!

I just bought a game key for Minecraft for Windows 10 from them and the key was already claimed before I could use it. I am going to get my bank to reverse the charge since the site did not live up to their end. Do NOT use them.
