First screen guards purchased with new phones cracked within a few months. Replacements received quickly after paying $9+.

I have been sent 2 replacement phones, both are bad, both echos in other persons phone when connected, even did on a land line. Sent phone back and was told i would be credited the $60 back into my account. Still waiting as phone has been sent back thru FedEx on Dec 22. Phone was supposed to be factory refurbished, apparently did not do a complete inspection, one of the phones would not hook up to WiFi.

I got my replacement of my phone screen quickly as promised. I am glad that I purchased this product with replacements guaranteed.
My order was filled and shipped super fast, my only complaint is it didn't seal to my phone properly and a corner is collecting dust under it already. This was a replacement shield and it just isn't the same as the original. Maybe it's installer error? Idk, I have placed dozens of these types of shields on phones and never had this problem. :(
The only reason I still have it is or the phone screen guarantee. It's a little misleading to say it's free replacement when it cost $6 to have it shipped to me and it will fit in an envelope that costs $1 to mail. The phone screen protector is equivalent to ones that cost $1 each, so that's nothing special, the guarantee is the only thing that makes it worth $50. I guess I will see if it's worth it if I ever have to use it.
I appreciate this product so much. It's nerve-stinging to remove a shattered tempered glass screen protector from your phone. The fear of a cracked iPhone screen is real. Thankfully, Gadgetguard did what it said it would do after my phone ate pavement. Happy to report that my phone screen was smooth and safe beneath this product.

The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
