When adding a registered device I could not find a way to delete it in the system. This is important so that the customers can remove their mistakes and avoid problems such as ordering a wrong replacement product.
My screen saver cracked and all I had to do was request a new one and within days I had a new one. It was that easy.

The installation of the Black Ice gaurd is quite tedious. It would be nice to see an installation tray provided. In addition, the screen protector tends to get bubbles along the edges. I'm hoping they will work their way out in the coming day or two. The ability to obtain a replacement is nice but it should come with clarification on whether the old protector needs to be returned or if it can just be discarded. Overall I am pleased with the product.

The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
