The lifetime guarantee screen protector broke within a month without even dropping it! I put the phone in my pocket with my keys and it broke. Not a very good product. At least they sent me another one and I paid only shipping charges. Honestly I think they should pay the shipping charges also.
Was good but I was told the same cover would work for my 8 as it did for my 6. Not true it doesn't curve with the newer phone so the edges are not sealed all the way

In short, fitment is excellent. Feels like nothing else. Service is also excellent. Very helpful staff. It's true there are many brands out in the market but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone. My wife also uses the same brand with her Samsung Note 8. I can say keep it in the family comes naturally.

Best screen guard I've had. Though I do have issues with bubbles that didn't go away. I used a can of air to blow everything off and used the cloths that came with. 4 spots that will not go away.
Filing a claim was easy, shipping was fast. Screen protector is awesome. The lifetime warranty is what makes this product absolutely worth the cost. There are cheaper options but none come with the lifetime warrant.

I had this screen protector on my iPhone and my familys iPhones because it was offered by our service provider. I was wondering as to why the sizes are inconsistent. My service provider had to change mine 3 times before I decided to stop because I didn't want them to have a lot of wasted products. I have the existing screen protector until now because I didn't want to have the hassle, but I'm still unsatisfied with mine; the outer edges are lifting.
I bought a galaxy S9 from the AT&T store and I had them install a gadgetguard when i bought the phone. The next day the adhesive failed and it fell off. I was then out of the contry and by the time i was able to go back to the store it was after the 14 days and I couldnt return the gadgetguard. They also would not exchange it for a new one even though they instaled it. I they had to go through the waranty process and pay and addition 10 dollars for shipping after already paying $55 for the item originally. I then received the new glass. I cleaned the phone per the instruction and when installing the new guard IT WOULDNT EVEN STICK AND STAY ON. By far the worse screen protector I have ever used.

I contacted the company and initially had difficulty as they were updating the phone system. I ended up emailing the company and received a prompt response. I had some difficulty with getting logged in. When I did get in I was able to order a replacement easily. I just needed to pay shipping. Since I am not sure how being in my purse could cause the original to break, I am really uncertain as to the quality of the product.
Received the wrong parts a few times but they fixed it no questions asked. I wish they had a number for customer service but can't beat the prices of these quality products

The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
