The quality of the product is fantastic. I've dropped my phone more times than I care to count on hard surfaces and the screen protector has cracked but never my phone screen. Replacements were sent as promised for shipping with no questions asked and delivered promptly.
The warranty is awesome. Its $50 for the first screen protector, but I paid $5.99 (just shipping) to get a replacement protector after the first one cracked. The first one lasted 2 monthsish, but that's pretty usual for me, so the fact that I can get the same high quality screen protector for $5.99 if it breaks is awesome!
I love the fact that it sticks to the screen better than the last one. It was beautiful when I put it on... until I put the case back on which sucks because I a totally work at a phone store so my phone is being looked at constantly. I have a otterbox defender. Once the case went on the corners started to get bubbles. So now the only pretty part is the middle of the phone.
Though the screen can be pretty brittle it does its intended purpose very well. I'm happy with it. This is my third replacement in a year but I upgraded from the AT&T cases to an OtterBox with better shock protection but I feel overall as long as you have a good case for your phone then the screen will perform fine.

The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
