It cracks too easily. I am dissappointed. I realize the replacement is free but the initial cost was expensive and every $10 shipping adds up quickly.
Ridiculous that GadgetGuard doesn't cover the shipping. Communication is very poor. Not once did I receive an email saying the replacement was on it's way.
Apparently I was registered for the wrong size screen protector. I did not realize this until I put it on and it did not fit. Thankfully they are sending me the right one, but when I asked if I would be charged the shipping and handling again, they said this ONE time they wouldn't and made it sound like they were doing me a favor. An overpriced product that broke too soon? And that I still had to pay to replace? Please don't pride yourself on customer service.
I highly recommend the Black Ice Liquid protection. My AT&T store put the first covering on when I bought my phone 1 1/2 years. No noticeable scratches and the screen sanitizer cleared all the smudge and micro scratches. The product is easy to install and I used it on my two pocket watch faces with what was left.
Outstanding product very responsive when replacements needed. Really stand behind the product. Don't forget to register your products.
The wareanty does in fact work. All I had to do was log in, get to my product that I had, and order my replacement. Only thing I had to do was pay for the shipping fee. Other than that it's simple
Unfortunately I am someone who has the worst luck with technology and any phone I've had, I've smashed the screen. I purchased the screen protector when I got my new phone, after destroying my other one, and it's definitely worth the cost. Most recently, my phone fell off a locker and hit right on the corner of one of the metal doors. Of course the screen protector got damaged, do to the force, however my phone didn't even have a scratch! If I hadn't have had the screen protector my phone would have been toast.
It was easy but not as easy as having the option to replace in the store the same day and allowing someone else to do all the work.
Excellent product, great service, fast shipping and all for a fair price. The warranty program is the best in the business.

I have needed to get replacement glass screens a couple of times now from GadgetGuard. Every time I place a warranty request I receive a new screen guard very quickly. They are responsive and do exactly what they say they will do.

Was a little difficult figuring out which one was right for my model of phone. They made a 2017 and 2018 model of my phone.
My gadget guard came with my Verizon purchase of my iPhone. I was told it was a lifetime guarantee. I promptly ran my new phone through the washer and got a new one under the Apple warranty ($80 bucks for my stupidity). I applied for the new guard and after filling out the online form and forking over $5 shipping and handling (back a few years) got my new one. About 6 months ago, I dropped my phone again and thought my screen was totally shattered but turns out the guard did what it was suppose to and my screen was unscathed. Got the new guard for $6 S&H. I dropped my phone a couple of weeks ago, and again it looks like it protected it. I haven't done the replacement yet and there may or may not be a slight chip on the edge of the screen. The guard shattered but not the screen. $6 and another new guard and I'm be good to go. No hassles but I do let the Verizon employees apply the new screen as I feel it will probably look better.

The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
