I love that Gadgetguard will replace the screen protector for your phone for a shipping and handling fee as many times as you need to replace it. My daughter is hard on her phone and seems to need replacements frequently. The processing and delivery takes a couple of days, but they get right on it and send it out. You can choose for faster delivery for an increased fee, but we usually get it in a couple of days! My husband has never had to replace his, and I did replace mine after dropping my phone on the concrete. So far, it has always protected our phones so it's doing it's job!

The website is a bit confusing and with email communication was even more so until I went to the chat service on the website. No phone number for the customer makes it hard to ask for quick help and resolution. Once in a chat I got immediate help and resolved my problem.

This product really gives a nice slippery feel to your phone screen. Super slick feel to the screen.
Have had one on a previous phone and loved it. Put one on my new phone and was unlucky enough to knock it off a chair the 2nd week I had it. It did it's job and protected the phone screen! Called and they sent a new one within 5 or 6 days.
The glass was cracked upon receiving and I am not for sure if it was postal or just poor quality. I wont even deal with the warranty as you still have to pay 10 bucks and wait 7-9 days to get another.
Buy a different brand would be my suggestions to anybody who asks.

The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
