I love that Gadgetguard will replace the screen protector for your phone for a shipping and handling fee as many times as you need to replace it. My daughter is hard on her phone and seems to need replacements frequently. The processing and delivery takes a couple of days, but they get right on it and send it out. You can choose for faster delivery for an increased fee, but we usually get it in a couple of days! My husband has never had to replace his, and I did replace mine after dropping my phone on the concrete. So far, it has always protected our phones so it's doing it's job!

I've been with US Cellular for a very long time and have always been pleased with the service. I always use the US Celluar located in Christiansburg, Va. Each and every time I stop in to upgrade or have questions I always talk with Tiffany. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and takes the time to answer all questions and goes over the techniques of your new phone. She is a extremely excellent sales associate. *****

Website confusing

The website is a bit confusing and with email communication was even more so until I went to the chat service on the website. No phone number for the customer makes it hard to ask for quick help and resolution. Once in a chat I got immediate help and resolved my problem.

Have had one on a previous phone and loved it. Put one on my new phone and was unlucky enough to knock it off a chair the 2nd week I had it. It did it's job and protected the phone screen! Called and they sent a new one within 5 or 6 days.

The glass was cracked upon receiving and I am not for sure if it was postal or just poor quality. I wont even deal with the warranty as you still have to pay 10 bucks and wait 7-9 days to get another.
Buy a different brand would be my suggestions to anybody who asks.
