The first screen protector I purchased the sales person put it on my Note 9 for me and started cracking the next day after it was put on. I made that one last as long as I could when my 1year dropped it. So I had a other one sent for me did not know it would cost almost $10 for shipping (ridiculous!) I then had the new one on for less then a week. It was difficult to text after I put it on so was not happy. Then my phone got dropped and the whole screen protector popped right off. I am very disappointed and will be looking into different brands of screen protectors for my phone.
My Gaurd came well packaged and within 5 days. This is my second replacement, not one time has my phone suffered any damage when dropped but the Gaurd didn't survive. I would've taken a picture but I threw Gaurd away.
It fits the best for my phone. I just git it, don't know how it works quite yet. I have nothing else to say
I love this screen protector and company sooo much! I have a teenager who is hard on her phone. I love that she can fully protect her screen and get a replacement easily when she needs one!
This screen protector really does work great. Does the job of saving the phone screen from damage. My previous one didn't last as long as I thought it would, and was pretty destroyed after about 3 months of purchase. I also thought it had a lifetime warranty, but cost $25, although it's worth that. Happy overall.
I love that only have to pay shipping to get my new screen protector! They do not break easily, I just had a bad run where I dropped my phone a couple times... both times I've needed a new one, super simple process and here in a jiffy!
Company lives behind its products. I've had some bad luck recently breaking the screen or the phone store not installing properly, and they've shipped replacements no problem.

Best thing I ever did was purchase the screen saver with a lifetime guarantee. I used my lifetime guarantee 3 X. It is a Quick and easy claims process. Comes in just a few days and safely packaged.
I really enjoy the lifetime warranty and the availability to get a replacement. The delivery was fast. The only thing was I never got a confirmation email when it was shipped.
This guard continually cracks. I'm on 4th one in a year. Sure they replace it, but with a $10 "shipping & handling" fee which means I've now spent $90 on a screen protector!

You sent wrong screen protector it says for the correct phone but saver is not right one I enclosed 3 photos one of package one of protector on phone as u can see doesn't fit, an 3rd photo is of old protector

The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
