Easy process and passport arrived on time
The process is super easy. The representatives are very thorough and knowledgeable. I received my renewed passport in less time than expected. They kept me updated via email the entire process. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely use them again.
I was impressed by the process and expediency.
My only issue- Today I received an email saying that my passport was Step 5 of 5. Not able to recall what step 5 was, I called to ask. The woman who answered said that it meant my passport request was being processed by the government and it would be sent sometimes this week. Imagine my surprise -- very pleasant surprise -- to find it in my mail when I arrived home.
Other than this, I was pleased with every aspect of this.
My wife is leaving for Europe but had to leave Los Angeles for DC Thurs 6-29 and leave DC for Europe Sat 6-24. Tues 6-20 she discovered passport was lost! This place, from beginning to end led me through the process, helped me fill out the paperwork properly and Friday morning before 10 am her passport was delivered to our son's apartment in Maryland! There were a lot of steps in the process that had to be executed just perfectly but this company led me through it all the way. There was a girl by the name of Maria CĂ©spedes who was the rep who guided me through the process. On top of that they sent email updates advising me when they received my docs, when the docs were hand-carried to the passport office and when the passport was shipped to my son.

Teddy was very professional and fantastic, I hade problem with site and called for help a young lady who is obviously in the wrong business, answered the phone. Long story short told me it is what it is figure it out. After trying again and having the same problem, I called again, luckily Teddy answered the phone and walked me throw the site and helped me to finish the form, he is fantastic, I recommend G3 passport and if you have problem just ask for Teddy

I was immediately impressed with the ease in preparing the documents and the assistance given. Then I was blown away by the knowledge of the agent and the pleasant personality when walked through the process. I would recommend that you offer these qualities to other companies.
Teddy walked me through the entire process, and took extra time to make sure I understood the myriad of requirements. I felt that I was his only client, the service was that good.

This service was fantastic. My passport had unknowingly expired, and I had travel within 3.5 weeks. They walked me through the easy process. I received my new passport in less time than anticipated - 8 days versus 12. They updated me regularly via email. There are many other services out there that cost more and the time out is much longer. I am very grateful to g3passports for their fantastic service, and highly recommend them!
